Good alternative to expensive macro lenses; Recommend Master digital for their responsiveness.
This is a very good alternative to the expensive macro lenses if you want to experiment with macro photography. The build quality is good and so are the lens controls and it does the work as advertised. It fumbles a bit with auto-focus at times but it's manageable as macro requires manual focus mostly. You need to consider the stops of light lost because of the tube. The aperture lever is very loose and makes sound when you move the tubes. It doesn't have a spring action like in the regular lens which can be improved though it works properly. Hope it's not a problem with my piece only. Master Digital seller has been very responsive in answering queries. They even assure you to support if you face any issue during usage. The product packing was good and was delivered in good condition though the outside box was crumpled a bit in transit. Will post photos on my insta account @aris_cliqs.

This was a major upgrade from reversing 18-55 mm lens .
I only use one set of this extention tube with 18-55 mm . I get insane magnification but have to be very close to the subject , in case of snakes its risky , but its worth it !My Instagram handle is : Kiran.kv_photography . Yes i am currently using the same extension tubes . 19/AUG/2024

These extension tubes work well as mentioned, autofocus work very well, all camera and lens settings are seen. Having metal mounts makes it sturdy, very handy and can be carried easily with your small kit lens bag also. I purchased this for Nikon mount for my D810 (full frame) & D7200 (Crop) camera. Works perfectly with both bodies. Much higher agnification is acheived especially for macro / micro photography needs. As long as you have flash or good lighting its one of the best alternatives for dedicated expensive macro lenses. Very happy with the purchase.!! And again order such from this seller. Packing was also very neat and strong. Delivery well in time. Comes with one year warranty. This Product compared to other competitors is cheaper and well built.!! 5stats.!!! 😊😊👍
