I LOVE it!
I got the litter robot about a year ago and struggled to find a good litter for my two cats and their new litter box. I was buying some of the other “top quality” litters, but struggled with clumps forming and sticking to the bottom of my litter robot, so my cats were dragging clumps of mess around that would get stuck to the bottom of their paws, as well as other issues. I finally found boxie litter a few months ago, and I absolutely love it! Rarely do I find clumps of litter stuck to the bottom of their paws and litter box, the litter lasts longer and the smell is minimal after coming home from a vacation. I definitely recommend this product for your litter robot!

Very good clumping litter, my cat loves it as much as he did Touch of Outdoors by Dr. Elsie.
I use this for my Neakasa automated cat litter box. I also have used Dr. Elsie in the past but my big cat loves his Neakasa box so I'm sticking with the clumping litter that came with it. It works just as well and since a clean litter box is so important to my 20 lb cat I stick with what he prefers. Very good and inexpensive if you're using an automatic cat litter box because it tells you when to add more litter and I find that I go through the clumping litter not as often as I did when I did the manual cleaning before the Neakasa box.

Keeps the smell down
I've been using this brand of cat litter for at least 2 years now (exclusively) after trying many other brands. It's affordable & works great. It keeps the smell down and clumps relatively quickly. I use it in my litter robot too, and it's worked perfectly for that!

Five Paws Up for Boxie!
If I could give Boxie Unscented Clumping Clay Cat Litter a standing ovation without alarming my cat Fred, I absolutely would.Fred, a discerning feline with the fluff of a cloud and the judgment of a sommelier, has finally approved of a litter box experience worthy of his royal paws. Boxie clumps like a dream—tight, tidy, and satisfying to scoop (like finding little buried treasure… if treasure were pee). No more sticky mess or crumbly chaos! This litter is delightfully unscented, which Fred appreciates, as he considers strong smells an insult to his refined nose. And let me tell you, absorption is next-level—we’re talking Sahara Desert-level dryness. Even after a particularly “expressive” visit from Fred, the box stays dry, fresh, and ready for round two.Bonus points for being eco-friendly—because Fred insists on saving the planet between naps—and easy on his paws, making this the purr-fect blend of comfort and conscience.Bottom line: Boxie makes Fred happy, which makes me happy. Scoop, smile, repeat. 🐾

good product if not for bad packaging
(note: I am comparing it to fresh step and tidy cat which is what I have previously used. I am also using a top entry box, rather than one that has an opening on the side, if that effects anything)Pros- Better at absorbing liquid waste and the clumps do not break apart easily making it a bit easier to scoop.- Does not stuck to the cats paws as much compared to other brands. Of course he still tracks some litter around but I don't believe there is any clay based product out there that eliminate the problem.Odor control and litter fragrance:The kind that I bought doesn't really have any particular fragrance to it, which doesn't really matter to me, all I ask of the litter I buy is that the area around the box doesn't stink. I can't speak for how it performs without a cover on top of the box, but the area around the box doesn't smell bad even if it's been two or more days. When you are getting up in there and cleaning up...well...it's still gonna stink just a bit up close. I can tell it does not stink as badly and it is absorbing the worse of it (assuming the cat does a competent job buring its poo), but there's not any strong fragrance to mask what you do smell.Cons:- The packaging. My god. The packaging is incredibly flimsy. If you are lucky enough to not have any leaks to begin with, I guarantee you will by the second time you top off the box. It's designed to just barely withstand the burden it has to carry and any amount of stress can cause a leak. Have duct tape handy. To open it you tear the corner at the top of the bag, which the packaging specifies you are supposed to fold and reseal using the sticker on the packaging. The sticker doesn't do a great job of this and will most likely stop sticking when you use it the second time. But that's the least of your problems. After the first use it becomes nearly impossible to move the package or pour into the box without it spilling. It gets everywhere. I have to vacuum almost every time. The opening gets wider from the stress of moving the package to the box and then carrying it back. It gets to the point you have to store the package inside of a trashbag so it doesn't spill all over the floor. It's really that bad, holy crap.Just put it in a tub, or a sturdy box, please I beg. I should not have to buy another product to store yours because you couldn't be bothered to come up with something better. Maybe you are trying to be eco friendly, but having packaging that is functional is not optional for messy stuff.Verdict:- Other than the packaging fiasco, while it cost a little more, you are getting the overall better quality that you pay for. So if you aren't content with what you are using, and you don't mind spending a bit more on litter, you might like it. But if what you are using works fine for you and your cat, then there isn't really any reason to pay the extra money. It kind of depends on your priorities.- If you already keep your litter in a storage container of some sort, then it will be mostly a non issue, but if you don't I would advise you to come up with a place to keep it or otherwise learn the hard way. The only reason I put up with it is that I don't want to go back to what I used before, because it is decent stuff.

best cat litter ever periodddd
Why did you pick this product vs others?:this is the best cat litter. I have bought it four times. it controls the smell and clumps well. I am always told that people can't tell cats live there. it doesn't track too much either. Works well:you can't smell that the cats are doing their business there. Dust level:I don't get any dust inhalation when cleaning my litter box.

It works great - cat's love it.
I have had cats all of my life. This kitty litter "Boxie Cat" is superb. Cat's like to dig a hole when nature calls just like humans living in the jungle. Boxie keeps the lump on top of the sand as much as possible. Even when it gets a little crowded in there because of my laziness, they still use it. As all litter does it tracks out on their feet a little, but nothing like the others do. So far it doesn't get any better then Boxie.

The absolute BEST litter you could buy!
I've had cats all my life. When I did the research this brand was #1. So I tried it. My cat was a diabetic and was always using the box. I found that you didn't know I had cats when you walked in my house. This was a first!! Yes, I cleaned my box daily, but you could still tell I had cats. We lost our diabetic cat but I will never use anything else.
