Got it after a day of ordering it. Unboxing was normal and product came out in working condition and fits my expectations. As I have big hands I was scared it might be a tight hold but my fingers were free and comfortable.

It is oroginal, don't know why ppl have posted negative reviews

The product is amazing, the buttons have good clicks when pressed. Bit tricky to set it up while connecting to controller. Need practice to develop muscle memory to use the buttons. bit challenging for ppl with small palms like me, unintentionally while playing u might press the button u dun wish to use. However it gives u a bit of edge over while playing.

It is easy to use and adjust but the way you handle dualshock after you install the buttons at the back, you will not feel comfortable at all.
