Refreshing, pleasant-tasting and good value electrolyte replacement
A really easy way to get an electrolyte boost, be it for sports reasons or for the home medicine cabinet. The tablets dissolve quickly in a glass of water, and the flavour is pleasant - subtle, quite natural-tasting and not over-sweet at all. Very refreshing.I've been using them as post-run rehydration drinks, and at the price, for the quantity, they're much better value than buying separate ready-made electrolyte replacement products. You need two tablets for the recommended dose, so this bulk pack provides 40 drinks in all.Excellent cupboard stocks, a great bulk purchase option.

Horrible aftertaste
I cannot stand drinking these. The flavour itself is nice, but you get the strongest chemical aftertaste that I couldn't stand. Maybe it's just me, but I couldn't force myself to finish a cup of it

Rotten batch
The first tube I opened was ok… but then the second was completely rotten. I’m worried about the quality control.

Pleasant mild taste
Two tablets per dose, dissolves in water with a gentle fizzing sound, completely dissolved in seconds with stirring, no bits, had a pleasant fruit taste.I know this is not the intended use but I used these after celebrating Christmas, it helped with my hangover and dodgy stomach, I used just two doses an hour apart and felt right as rain afterwards.On the box it states they are intended to help with hydration after vomiting, diarrhea, fever and heavy sweating.

Stay hydrated when you need it the most! Post exercise or during recovery.
Surprisingly refreshing drink and works to re-hydrate you after either an exhausting activity, a particularly "heavy" party or an illness. Flavor is quite pleasant and it works well to relieve a number of symptoms. Between you and I - perfect when you have a hangover! LOL! Also, can be given to kids during or after an illness when they refuse to drink plenty of liquids to aid recovery. Actually very good fizzy tablets that leave barely any residue and dissolve easily. Can most certainly recommend!
