Works very well took a few minutes to get out 6 month old Bernese/Newfound power house to get use to it but after that worked perfectly much better control. Worked wonders.

It really does help with stopping your dog to pull

I waited a few weeks to write a review to be sure I had enough time to test out this harness.I have a 9mo old. 40 lb Dalmatian that pulls like an ox. After training classes and several other harnesses I decided to try this one out and hope it works. I ordered a Medium and it fits great. The initial result was immediate. She stopped pulling all together and finally loose leash walked for the first time! It was almost unbelievable.8 weeks later I believe shes gotten used to the feel of the harness on her, and has started pulling again, however it's not near as intense or strong as it was initially. It doesn't cause her to jerk my arm or shoulder like before, and I can easily remind her to stop, sit, and try again. Its really saved myself from becoming sore and dreading walking her.Even with her growing used to this harness, I still think its am excellent tool and continue to use it. I definitely reccomend!

I have a 50lb Samoyed who pulls me like a sled. Up until now, the Gentle Leader had been working the best, but I was also tired of having to explain to people that it wasn’t a muzzle. A YouTube training video led me to this harness, and while I didn’t have high hopes, thought I’d at least try it. I’m pleasantly surprised by how effective it’s been, working better than any of the other no-pull devices I’ve purchased so far.The harness comes with instructions that show four different leashing configurations depending on the level of training your dog needs. I chose their recommended usage of one clip on the chest and the other on the back. This doesn’t completely stop the pulling but does make enough of a difference that I can now walk normally. When she sees another dog she’ll still try to pull, but a quick tug on the chest portion of the leash will slow her down again.As for sizing, Maya weighs 50 pounds and has a 28” girth. I followed the manufacturer’s advice of using the smallest size for the measured girth and purchased a Medium with 1” webbing. It feels snug going on but a Large would have been too loose and not as effective. The only downside is that it takes a little time for me to harness her up for a walk, but that’s mostly due to her thick coat. On a short-haired dog, this would go on quite quickly.This product is extremely well made and the 1” webbing is very sturdy. I’ve been using the harness daily for about three months now with no signs of wear. I'm very pleased with the quality it and expect it will last for years.

I love these harnesses. They were recommended to me via a stranger on Instagram and I said why not give it a try. They are easy to put on, but most importantly:1) They are very durable and stand up to a lot of use2) They have front and back leash clipsI have two large pitbulls and these dual point connections helped significantly with pulling (and training, of course). I can walk both dogs loose leash with one hand in these things, and it's easier to control them when one stops to sniff and the other is plowing on ahead. I really can't say enough good things about these harnesses. The lined underarm pieces seem to be much appreciated by the pups (no rashes or hair loss after prolonged use) and they are easily adjustable. I will keep buying these as long as Two Hounds makes them.
