Sturdy, good quality carrier
I have a 11 lb mini poodle puppy who is still growing. He fits in the carrier quite well now, with enough room in it for growth. It is made well and comfortable to wear (as comfortable as can be expected while carrying a dog). Can be worn with dog in front or like a backpack. It is more comfortable to wear on my back, but I prefer to have my dog in front of me so I can monitor him. He did not like going in it at first, but started to fall asleep after being in it for several minutes and did not fuss. He is not able to crawl out of it while I'm wearing it. I would not suggest this style of carrier regardless of brand for a dog over 15 lbs. It is a soft style carrier with no bottom support. A large dog will sag and cause discomfort for the wearer. A heavy duty backpack style carrier with a rigid bottom worn on the back would work best for a larger, heavier dog.

Perfect little backpack!!
Well I love this product and I want to carry my puppy with me every where, but he hates this backpack. The quality of this backpack is great, it exceeded my expectations, very sturdy and extremely cute and stylish. The straps on this pretty simple to use and adjust you just have to make sure it’s adjusted correctly for not only you but the comfort of you puppy/dog as well. Their comfort matters the most. I also love that there is a little hole for their tail! The clips to make sure your puppy/dog is secure seem pretty sturdy which was another selling feature for me when I got it. I really didn’t know what I was going to expect and was happy with it. My puppy is just growing at 3-4 pounds a week. And will be out of the weight limit pretty quickly. I do like that the limit is 22lbs it was hard to find a higher weight limit on backpacks, so if you have a smaller breed dog I totally 100% recommend! Larger breed dogs this would be good for when they are a puppy and you have to go run some errands and need to take them with you!

Great product, but not built for long dogs
The product seems to be made out of a good material, it wasn't uncomfortable for me to wear it. My dog is slightly over the upper weight limit for the item, but it didn't feel like he was just going to drop out of it or the straps would break. I would strongly recommend wearing the straps in a crossbody fashion if your dog is towards the upper weight limit! The one size fits all option does seem like it could fit most dogs within the weight parameters. My dog is unfortunately not one of those dogs due to his long torso. No problem getting him into the back, but his front legs are kind of bunched downward to fit in the holes. Unfortunately, there was so much of his upper body sticking out the top that you lose some of that much needed support and he kind of leans.Ultimately I have to return the item, but I wish it worked for me, because I can totally see myself using it pretty often.

Nice
Unfortunately our 18lb frenchie is too small and needs support in this, but would be good for a longer pup

Worked great, weak zipper
We've had this for a while because our dog developed arthritis of his right knee. We used the pack some but were able to stop using it for a while as he responded to therapy. Then his other knee went out and we've used it quite a bit. He's 16lbs, tolerates it just fine. My biggest concern is the ZIPPER. They are not locking zippers and they would start to unzip themselves all the time. I finally had to just keep checking them regularly, which was annoying but not a huge problem...until today. The right zipper just completely broke and is not fixable. I think the design is good, but a BAD ZIPPER ruined it for me.

Good for smaller dogs
I'm not sure my pupper likes this, but I love it and he will love being able to go more places with me. He's 14 pounds, with short legs, so long hikes or even walks can be a challenge. Strollers won't work on gravel and trails. My husband recommended finding a pack for him. I picked this one because a) it looked like a good size for him, b) it can go front or back, c) it keeps his limbs free, which seems more comfy than shoving him in a bag, and d) it was inexpensive, so if it was a mistake, it was a cheap one. Anyway, he does perfectly and seems comfortable. It's also comfortable for me. I haven't tried it on a long hike yet, but being able to go front to back will help if it starts putting too much pressure on my shoulders.Tips - make sure you fully unzip before putting your pupper in it. I didn't realize both sides unzipped, so at first I was trying to load him in from the top. That doesn't work. At all. Haha. Also, i cannot imagine this will work for dogs that are much smaller than mine. My boy's sister is 8 pounds and this is too big for her. I would say this is probably more for 10-20 pounds pups than tiny guys.

New item arrived with dog hair all over it
The new carrier I order arrived and it was plastered with short dog hair all over it. Spent 20 minutes with my shop vac trying to clean it up but still has hair. Also no instructions for proper, safe fitting. A strap on the inside has a connector but no visible place to connect to and no obvious purpose.

Love this doggy carrier/bookbag
I am very pleased with this product and how quick shipping the shipping was for a Black Friday weekend. The estimated shipment date was within 5 days (bought it on Black Friday) but I got it in less than two days! So, that was awesome. The first Thing I did the moment I got this was put my dog in it. At first getting her in it was a tad difficult (user error) because I didn’t fit the bag to my body first. For those who are buying in the future, I recommend doing that first hahah and then adjust as you need further when the dog is it in. My dog is an 8 year old, 17 pound Pekepoo that has recently torn her knee cap and acl, but still don’t want to leave her out when I bring my lab places. This doggy bookbag has allowed me this freedom again. although, not nearly as fun for my girl now that she can’t actually walk:(The bag material feels strong, like a regular bookbag. The clips around the dogs shoulders are hard to Unclip, but id prefer that than a clip that comes apart easily. Makes me feel more secure.Overall I am please with this and cannot wait to bring my pups on a walk together for the first time since her injury.

Small/ Medium fits a 16 lb dog. Handy and easy to get dog into.
Ordered the Small/ Medium for a 16 pound dog and it fit well. Tried this because it had a waistband too and room for water bottle for dog on the side, plus a tail opening. I also like this style because it seemed well ventilated for hot days over some other styles. Dog didn't like being put in necessarily but wasn't too hard to get him in from back seat of car, and dog seemed to like it once in as not a peep from him. Many compliments from people. This was really useful as we went to outdoor markets and an indoor shop where dogs weren't wanted, but I asked if he could enter this way and they agreed. The businesses know the dog won't be piddling on their floors or merchandise so they had no problem with the dog this way. Allowed me to take my furry fella with me instead of at home or even a short stay alone in the car.

Looks cute very Uncomfortable for a dog
As I picked the right size for my dog, it is the best fit for him although it is not a good fit, not even close. My poor boy dangles before my chest and I have to put an arm before him to hold him onto my body in order to give him some back support so the vertical position will not hurt his spine too much. The carrier bag looks cute but absolutely not for a long carry and very uncomfortable for any dog.

Loved it
Fantastic! My cockalier loves, it’s comfortable, easy to put on the most anxious dog and I’m purchasing one more to leave in the car for hiking trips

Better than the cheap ones, but still overpriced for the quality.
Given the price for these items I would expect a far higher quality, Straps are still too narrow for anything but the lightest dogs. It works OK, but surely someone could do this way better with not much effort.

Good carrier but side zipper keeps on falling down
I got the size L (large) carrier for my 16 pounds west highland terrier. The product is good however I found it leaving too much room from his upper body & head and whoever is carrying him. With the extra space, my dog seems to lean / bend forward when he's being carried. The carrier seems to be a bit loose for him even though I measured his size before getting the product. Also, the side zipper keeps on falling down even though there's lots of space in between. For this reason, I have to watch out for the side zipper when carrying him around.
