Zipper broke while hiking. Wouldn’t accept return or fix it under a guarantee. So stuck with it.

I am 5”8 and about 135lbs. I am fairly tall and slender build. I have long arms and sometimes have trouble finding long sleeve shirts and jackets that fit me well. I usually have luck with Columbia and some north face. I bought this jacket and was pretty disappointed. It rides high on the back of my neck, the body of the jacket is lose and bulky but the shoulders are tight.. the sleeves are also too shirt. This jacket was expensive and I tried so hard to like it but the more I wear it the more disappointed I am. I recommend buying something else and saving your money. Sadly I’m outside of the return window so I’m stuck with it which is frustrating!
