Great drill!
Design:Well designed, easy to hold. Probably could do with an independent on/off switch except for just removing the battery to turn it off. Unless I’m missing something. Value for money:Liked the value! Even though it’s slightly cheaper than other drills, it had all the attachments and has been good for apartment projects for the last months. Might update if something goes wrong but otherwise 5 stars. Use:Used it for apartment projects after I bought a place. Putting up shelves, fixing hinges, that kind of stuff. Haven’t tried it on heavy duty building yet

If your battery is depleted
Initially thought it was dead, got a refund. Turned out to be a surge protector issue. Sharing this in case it helps someone else troubleshoot before returning.

Good enough
Pretty complete kit. Had a project that required a cordless drill. This had a variety of bits included. My mobility is limited and I didn’t want to search thru all my toolboxes for just the right bits. This came with all that the job required. Don’t expect it to work as hard as a Milwaukee or DeWalt, but it’s good enough for most household chores.

Battery DOA
The battery was dead on arrival. When I reached out to the manufacturer, they responded quickly (within a minute, actually), which I appreciated, but their solution left a lot to be desired. They told me to return the entire drill set through Amazon instead of just replacing the faulty battery.Logistically, I get it; it’s probably easier for them to have Amazon handle full returns than them sending a partial part replacement, but as the customer, it still feels like I’m paying the price for something that wasn’t my fault. I even offered to send a video showing the issue, but that part of my message was completely ignored. So now I’m stuck having to take an hour out of my day to go drop off the return, reordering the same product, and hoping the new one works. I get that defects happen, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask for a little more flexibility, especially when I’m offering proof.Plus, how can I trust that the next one won't be faulty either? I ordered an electric screwdriver from them a couple years ago, and the charger failed. Not as bad as "DOA," sure, and the warranty had expired, so I didn’t push it, but I’ve owned other tools that lasted far longer.I don’t think I’m being that unreasonable. I just want to buy a product, have it work, and, if something’s wrong, deal with a support team that offers more than one solution. I’ll be looking elsewhere. Quick replies are nice, but they don’t make up for poor reliability or limited support options.

Light and powerful
Used it to build a tree house. Works great. Plenary of power and the battery last a good time. Had my old B&D 18 volt almost 18 years before it played out.
