Great Flour !
Great flour for breads and pizzas

Best baking flour
I was worried about the taste, but TWF's Flour 8318 did not disappoint me at all. I'm so glad to have tried this out. Eversince I started using this flour, I am extremely satisfied with how my breads turn out and baking higher quality bread makes me proud. I would specially recommend this if you are baking babka bread. Thank you TWF!

I Have more or less perfected the use of this Flour and the proportions of other mixes & processes
I had been buying and using this now for several weeks. The flour gives a finish of bread slightly poorer than white bread but far better than whole wheat bread. It a matter of getting around with the flours and ovens and processes and recipies.

Must try for bakers
TWF Flour 8318 is the perfect blend of nutrition and taste. I'm glad that I can now bake my breads without worrying about bleaching or adulteration. My breads are now soft, fluffy and the taste is extremely enriching. I would say that this flour is a must try for all bakers, and you would not regret it.

Makes very good bread
This is better that AP flour. I used it to make croissants, country style loaves. Got better results.The price is too high considering this to be just bread flour
