Does its job
Works great. I like that it has additional attachments. I have had it for a year now and it still works great.

Don't hesitate to buy.
I've always used a WaterPiK before. When my last one quit working I went online to search for a replacement. When I saw this one listed at a fraction of the cost of a new WaterPik I skipped over it at first. When I saw the price of a new WaterPik I decided to go back and read the reviews on this one. Most of the reviews were very good. Although still skeptical I decided to give it a try. I have had it for three weeks now and I can honestly say that I am very impressed. It is well built, compact (which I like) and works great. Someone posted that the water pressure was too low, but I found it to be excellent. I turn the dial to the mid-way point and its plenty strong enough for me. I simply love it. Only time will tell if it will hold up well, but every indication is that it is a well built, quality appliance for the price.

Proprietary accessories not compatible with Waterpik flossers
Overall, this water flosser does a decent job in cleaning debris from the mouth. There are certain things that I like about this flosser as well as some points that I think can be improved.Pros:1) The flosser has plenty of water capacity for the session even when the tank is not filled up all the way.2) The flosser handle uses a magnetic base for storing the handle when not in use (similar to MagSafe).3) The flosser uses an AC adapter that supports universal voltage (100-240v) and the flosser does not draw ghost power when it is turned off.4) The flosser uses a dial for adjusting water pressure setting, while the on/off button is a separate control. This allows you to use the same pressure setting without adjusting it every single time you turn on the flosser.5) The spray is direct and cleans food particles well compared to other aftermarket flossers I have used.6) Support is very responsive to comments and concerns posed to them.Cons:1) The tip storage compartment is very difficult to open without trying to pry it apart with both of your hands. Sometimes tips will fly out everywhere when the top compartment opens up.2) The tank's rubber does not seal very well when you pick it up. This sometimes can leak when you pick it up to drain off any remaining water that is in the tank after you are done. This tends to get better over time after you have used it 4-5 times. Because of this poor seal, the surface between the rubber and the tank is always wet, and mildew can grow on the surface if not dried/cleaned frequently.3) There is no plastic surrounding the surface that the tank sits on. If the rubber doesn't seal well, the water will end up leaking all over the place and onto your countertop since there is nothing to hold the water.4) The flosser has a 30s timer that pauses the flosser every 30s for 1s. This cannot be turned off and it is a bit annoying because you cannot turn this off and every time it does this you think something may have clogged the flosser causing it to stop working.5) The quick release for the floss tip is placed very closely to the on/off switch. Because of this, you may unintentionally release the tip while you are trying to floss your mouth. Over time, you will know how to hold the handle to avoid doing this, although the handle probably could be designed better.6) Both the tip and the floss handle is proprietary, despite the tips looking very close to what Waterpik provides. The notch positioning is slightly off such that you cannot use Waterpik tips on this flosser, and vice versa. Likewise, the handle is integrated into the unit, uses a magnetic base that cannot be replaced easily with an aftermarket replacement.I have grown to live with the cons on this flosser and overall I am still quite happy with my purchase. Definitely reach out to the seller for any problems -- they seem to be very responsive when it comes to issues or concerns.

I love this
I have a small sink and it fits right on the corner. I’m a daily flosser, but my dentist said I was missing one particular area so he recommended a water flosser. I didn’t think it could be as effective as string floss, but I was so wrong. It’s easy to use and gets my mouth cleaner than conventional floss. Start on the lowest setting because it’s very powerful. I’ve had it a month and I’m only on level three. It has an on and off button on the unit and a button to start/stop the flow of water on the wand. That’s vital to keep water from going everywhere. The wand has a coiled hose that self retracts so it always looks perfect. It’s not quiet, but I also don’t find it to be loud either. I’m mad at myself for not doing this faster and I’m happy I went with the Initio Water Flosser. This is one of the smartest purchases I’ve ever made!!

Don't waste your time
Leaking water from day one. Now, less than a year, it's very weak and almost no pressure from the pump. I opened to see if any any plug on the lines. I put pump suction directly to the water tank and have very low pressure. The motor driving the pump is very small DC motor similar to the motors used in kids toys. I will be throwing this product and buy new one but definitely from another reputable brand

Good Water Flosser
I had it for a little over a week before writing this review and I will try to keep it concise:Size: Obviously it's not like one of those portable ones that you can bring into the shower. But the size is reasonable and does not take up too much space, see picture.Pressure: Very good. The lower settings were powerful enough for meEase to use: Overall, it's pretty easy to use, just fill, press, and floss. Two tips though: 1) The instruction says to remove that water tank to refill. I personally find it easier to just fill it (carefully) without removing the tank. 2) It took me a little bit to figure out how to remove the tip after use, but I finally got it. I don't have a problem since then.Value: It does the job and I feel clean after use. It's good for the price

The product became cloigged within a year and the flow was impeded to be useless
The product worked fine for about 11 months. It then became clogged and the water did not flow. The motor was on and, after some taking apart and reassembling, a small flow was achieved. The phone number on the instructions had been abandoned and the new recipient of the number said they had received several calls looking for the manufacturer. Still trying to get a new one or my money back on the old one.
