I bought this to monitor an outbuilding on one of our properties. At first, this looked a bit overwhelming to set up. Mainly due to the not-so-great instruction pamphlet that was included. They are somewhat vague and not as well written in the English language as they could have been. Instead, I went to their YouTube video which is exceptional. The moderator did a very good job walking through the set up which made it a snap to do. It was very informative and made it simple. The one thing I would add if you buy this system is to have a laptop to view the video as you will need to use the app on your phone to do the setup of each piece of equipment. Initially, it was a pain going back and forth between the setup video and their app until I just used my laptop for the video piece. Overall I am very impressed with this system. The ease of use, the various ways to operate it (key fob, key chain remote, touch pad or the app) the clean setup, etc. makes it a top buy in my opinion. It is nice to know the building is protected when we're away or at night. I have since added additional motion and door sensors for added comfort. All of the optional pieces link to the system immediately and again, making set up a breeze. I consider myself a picky consumer and can honestly say this system does everything I need for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it!

Some Cellphones are not compatible with the Alarm, like REVVL 4+ but works great with others like Samsung

I bought this security system to protect my small business. System is well built. Touchscreen works well and is nice and bright. Full of features and customizable settings. Everything was super easy to setup and understand. The siren is loud. And it comes with two sirens, so I can keep one out front on the sales floor and one in back where my workshop is. The app is easy to understand. But I had one major problem during set up. Push notifications did not work with my Goggle Pixel 6 (This turned out to be a problem on my phone, not with the security system). Without notifications, the entire system was useless to me. I need my phone to alert me when the siren is triggered and I am not on site. That is the whole point. After two frustrating days of trying to solve this on my own, I contacted customer service. They went above and beyond in helping me track down a problem that ultimately had nothing to do with their product, and everything to do with a developer error on my google pixel 6. Most customer service reps just have a list of simple diagnostics (turn off do not disturb, reboot your phone, etc). But this person was out there researching my specific phone until we ultimately discovered the solution. A factory reset (which was annoying) but also fixed the push notifications, and not just for this app, but a few other apps that I didn't even realize were broken until they were fixed. Absolutely fantastic customer service. I will admit that on the second day of trying to solve this problem myself, I bought a ring security system that had it's own proprietary app, thinking that it would work better. But I liked the OSI system better. And after having had both units side by side, and after my experience with the OSI customer service team, I am sending the Ring Alarm system back and keeping this one. Thank you so much!

This alarm system is easy to install and packs a lot of bang for the buck..I can testify that, as a certified alarm tech. This system is fantastic!! All sensors work as designed and if you have an issue the seller will come to your rescue. Great alarm system for the DIY people...get one you won't regret it!!

This thing is garbage. Over $300.00 worth of unit and additional sensors and it constantly fails to register doors 35 feet away, I ever bought a repeater. Did a hard install of the unit as well, which means I cut a hole in my sheetrock for the unit to mount and be hardwired. When I arm it after I leave there's always a good 50% chance it will go off because it failed to register a door closing. The reception on this is absolutley terrible. I wish I would have tested it more before hard wiring it and purchasing all the additional sensors for windows. The kicker, not long after my install they came out with a V2 that is supposed to solve some or all of these problems and none of my existing sensors will work with the V2. So I'm over $300.00 into this hunk of junk only for them to immediately come out with a V2. I want my money back or my system replaced with the V2 because the performance on this just isn't good. BTW, my house is only about 1,000sq l ..so very small.

I have been using for a week now and so far it’s working as advertised. The video link the included to use as a tutorial was out dated on paring the door and window sensors , I searched and found the right updated video and that solved the pairing issue . Looks like they would have been intelligent enough to send the video my system required . So far it is working great . If things change I will update .

VERY SIMPLE Installation. However, was not able to activate or disactivate remotely. Alarm notifications were not sent via wi-fi to cell phone when phone was not connected to the same wifi as the alrm system. Too late to return item.

Works easily for basic doorbell use. Further settings require some work. Usual bad English manual.

Took me about two hours to install this alarm. Fitted in your wife's hair salon and every step has a YouTube video to guide you step by step.(why it took 2 hours watching the videos)We didn't use all of the fittings but not a problem - everything is paired to the main unit before you start. All you have to do is position the part ,whether it's a door sensor or p.i.r you can either screw them in place or use the sticky pads supplied switch them on remove the plastic tab between the battery and the terminals and your good to go.Programming the alarm to switch itself on and off is just as easy, again watch the respective video first and your done. - only problem I've had is it won't seem to pair with my existing WiFi Cameras (different brand) but they have their own app that works OK so not really an issueOverall recommended

Had an expensive wireless alarm system installed by “professionals” 3 years ago, it never worked right, I became an alarm expert trying to keep it going. I started looking at alternatives and the “leading brand” (seen on tv) was so expensive so I decided to replace it with this alarm, I really wasn’t expecting much due to the low cost, however I’m blown away with this alarm, so simple to set up, WiFi and SIM card messages and calls, easy to use app, perfect for a 3 bed semi. I’ve ordered spare parts to extend the alarm to my out buildings. I would definitely recommend this alarm, especially for renters as all devices come with sticky backs so no screw holes involved. There’s no outside alarm but the wire siren and wireless siren are really loud, enough to scare anyone off.

Nice neat alarm system have not installed it yet but looks as described and will hopefully do the job.

Alarm was easy to install. Less than a couple of hours really. All up and working very well in next to no time. Instruction were clear and precise. After a couple of months all good and feel confident when leaving house. Notifications on phone is also a great comfort
