Q: Is another adapter needed for the "can tap" valve for the self sealing type 12oz 134a refrigerant?

Mine came with the self sealing tap. Bought it in May 2021.

Q: Does the yellow hose have a check valve at the end? or any additional freon can adapter with built in check valve?

Have not opened this particular box yet as I'm still using the old set. Normally no check valves, just valves. There are instructions on line to clarify when to hook up to the car and open valves, but most kits like this have some kind of instructions. The can adapter is shown in the picture on the right, and can act as a shutoff valve for the yellow hose., or it can be connected to the manifold body so it won't leak when not using it. Hope that helps.

Q: Which O-Rings are a direct replacement for the ones included in the three hoses?

These gauges are junk ? 2 pair in a row went bad with little use out of either and of course by the time I used them it was too late to file a return .
