To answer your question probably not im 6'1 175 pounds and its snug on me. In all honesty i rolled the dice on it and im very happy with the harness it does have very good adjustability and for the price its a gamble

Yes. They are great for use in Construction, Demolition, Climbing, Welding, Roofing, Camping, Emergency, Firefighting On Tree and other outdoor activity.

Q: Why are no instructions included?

This is a knock off petzl sequoia harness. If you need instructions, then this is not the saddle for you. Tree work is the number 1 deaths per capita profession, 134 deaths per 100k workers in 2016. Next closest was 55. If you want very professional set of instructions consider a teufelberger tree motion, the real petzl sequoia or possibly a buckingham ergovation if you are heavier. It is not of high enough quality materials to last doing production tree work.
