No need to have one hand on binoculars while walking, it feels as if they are not there. Elasticated for comfort, no restriction on lifting binoculars to eye.

I had a similar one years ago, used it over and over again, until the elastic straps became too slack and I had to give it up. This is exactly what I wanted. I suffer from neck problems and find having binoculars round my neck uncomfortable and painful. This takes the weight onto your shoulders, and even though I also have a shoulder issue I don't find this harness uncomfortable, It has enough slack to raise and focus the binoculars quite normally. I'm glad I bought it.

This is a very useful harness. It is comfortable to wear and easy to put on. It represents good value for money and enables you to carry your binoculars with out strain on your neck. It would also be good I suspect for a light camera such as a bridge or compact but not a DSLR with large lens.

Bought this for my wife as neck straps began to leave stiffness.All I can say is this distributes the weight evenly. Only one nag the plastic clips feel a little fragile. Time will tell.

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH AS THE ELASTIC EVENTUALLY STRECHES AND YOU WND UP WITH YOUR BINO'S HANGING DOWN REAL LOW AND UNCOMFORTABLE. SO WHAT'S THE ANSWER? STRIP OUT THE ELASTIC AND REPLACE IT WITH WEBBING STRAP WITH A COLOR OF YOUR CHOICE THEN YOU HAVE A SUPPORT THAT LASTS FOR YEARS AND NOT A COUPLE OF MONTHS.

I bought this for my wife who is a keen birder and has a heavy Nikon P1000 camera, the strap is strong and works really well to keep the camera accessible and spread the weight evenly for carrying
