I was skeptic but now recommend
My elderly dog of 25 years was constantly coughing and throwing up phlegm. I figured he was in congestive heart failure. I was traveling so I ordered this to give to him while I was out of town. He’s done so much better he stopped doing that and stopped throwing up. I definitely would recommend.

Excellent product, delivers relief, with no side effects
My "Chi-weenie" was showing the signs of congestive heart failure. I prefer plant over pharmacy, so I tried this product. I am happy to say, it is fast acting. Sparky stopped struggling with symptoms, 3 days after starting his dosing. He is presently doing well, on a management dose, once a day.

steady as she goes
We started giving our 10 yr old dog this medication when he was diagnosed last year with a Grade 3 heart murmur. Roughly 1 year later, his heart murmur was still assessed at Grade 3. While it would be nice if the Grade level improved, at least it did not get worse. We are continuing to give him this medicine.

Would give 10 stars if I could!
I started using this product nearly 4 years ago, when one of my dogs was given months to live. He was in heart failure due to valve disease. I cannot credit this product 100%, as he was also put on meds, but vets still only gave him months, as he had two bad valves and was in end-stage heart failure. I just lost him at nearly 15, when he wasn't even supposed to make 12, and it wasn't even due to his heart (brain tumor). I had him in for an echo about 4 months ago and the cardiologist said if she didn't know better (he had his first echo there), she wouldn't believe it was the same dog. She wouldn't even give a prognosis, as he actually looked great! His valves were still not functioning like they should, as the damage was done, but his heart had shrank, and the backflow was minimal, all things considered.I started these drops while I waited for his first echo (scheduled due to murmur noted at checkup). I could hear his heart swoosh just sitting next to him before he turned around and started to improve. I used the large dog/bottle for my 28# Shiba and did one dropper-full each morning. He was a very picky eater at the time, and he never had an issue with the flavor of this on his food. I also gave the meds that were prescribed and Cardio Strength, both which were recommended by Cardiologist. These drops are the only thing outside of *normal* treatment protocol, and he defied all odds, so I can only believe this had a huge impact.Secondly, I had another dog, different breed, diagnosed over 2 years ago with DCM. This is not a good diagnosis, with only about 25% making it 2 years past diagnosis. I didn't start these with her until about a year ago as I wasn't sure about interaction with meds (she was on different ones than the Shiba), and couldn't get a straight answer from the cardiologist (different one that the Shiba saw). She wasn't doing all that well, so I decided I didn't have much to lose and started her on these drops as well. For her, being she is bigger at 70#, I did a dropper-full 2x day. She is now over 2 years past diagnosis and doing seemingly well heart-wise. Echo in a month. I anticipate I will likely lose her to something other than heart issues just based on what I've observed lately.I would highly recommend these drops to anyone with a dog that has heart issues. Obviously I am not a vet, but I will always get these on board if I have any future heart-related diagnosis with any of my dogs. I will also use any of the products from this company should they be related to issues that pop up, simply due to the trust that has been built up from the use of Young at Heart!

Thoroughly check out all possibilities before making your decision.
I read the great reviews and put my Dudley on this medicine. I was informed by a specialist that the prescription drugs had many serious side effects. I saw NOT ONE SIGN OF THE MIRACLE RESULTS OTHERS REPORTED. I contacted the manufacturer who informed me to double the dosage and that results took longer with some dogs. Well MY DOG DIED IN MY ARMS A FEW DAYS AGO AND since I am in a wheelchair I not only lost my sweet little dog but I lost my buddy my companion and my friend. I would think twice if I had the opportunity to do it again. I have provided a sample to a professor who works at a major university that trains veterinarians who unfortunately I have just met I can't wait to see what he says but whatever the results it's too late for my buddy. All I'm saying to you is too please check out everything available. As I previously stated in my dog died in my arms and he was on this medication I believed all the reviews and kept waiting for my miracle to happen which it never did I thought that him not getting worse was because of the medicine I am now convinced that it was just time it wasn't his time to get worse and had nothing to do with this medicine helping the situation. I don't know what to believe as far as these fantastic reviews that are being posted I can only say that being in a wheelchair and my baby being my only company I am very ill and I am heartbroken I think that maybe these reviews are not a good idea. We tend to try and believe in everything because we love our sweet little companions and believe all these Miracle reports. I will never again believe anything I only hope that it was not my fault that Dudley is gone. He was eating playing jumping around and as normal as anything and I'll never forget that Tuesday morning when he didn't want to move and he didn't want to get up and he didn't want to eat holding him in my arms crying until animal rescue came to check him out by that time he had passed away in his mom's arms and I just didn't want to give him up I have had to go to the hospital several times. I cannot eat or sleep I have come to the conclusion never again to believe reviews.
