I have a whole wall control system. The issue with all of them is the hooks lift out with what you are removing. The locking tab faces downward, so all it needs is to be lifted up to be removed from the slots.

Generally, stay away from the expensive wall control stuff, you are paying a lot of money for cheap painted stamped steel. Using magnets allows you to vary your alignments to match your needs and are generally half the price or less. Using these to hold HEAVY items by the handles is one the only times that wall control stuff is better than magnets as these can basically hold as much as you can fit onto them.

I have had a 3 board kit and bought extra hooks for about 2 + years, and everything is pretty good except one wall baord doesnt fit exactly the same size as another wall board you get. also the BIGGEST Problem is that 99% of the attachments fit sloppy on the board, and dont stay you have to take a pliars and bend the tabs until you find the just right place where they can come off with some force but stay on when you want them to stay on. and doing it for almsot every attachment is super time consuming. DO NOT BUY.

They work perfect with the wall but a little small then what I thought.
