I haven't had fisherman's friend products for years as the eucalyptus ones I had years ago kept me well away.... but,I happened to see a single pack of these in a shop this week so gave them a try and they are really nice so I have ordered this multi pack.I have also tried the honey and lemon which is equally as much of a little treat.But I will advise you to go easy on them as the natural sweetener used in these can have a laxative effect if you eat half a pack in a couple of hours like I did!!I would recommend these just for their flavour alone but they have helped ease my throat and cough

I've never been a fan of the original flavour fisherman's friends, finding them far too strong for my liking. The blackcurrant flavour though has been a revelation. They do still have quite a potent flavour and impact, but I find the blackcurrant flavour helps take the edge off enough to make them not just tolerable, but actually go-to option for me this winter where I've been suffering from colds, flu, and laryngitis.

If you like fisherman friends for effectiveness but not so much the flavour then these are a lovely alternative which still works.

These were really good value for money. The blackcurrant flavour taste really nice & they're sugar free as well!

A friend that tastes of currents and clears ones head , sensible price , passengers in my car love them LOL . what more can be needed .
