Good product but stops working in the very early stages
Stopped working after 6 months of use. I expected it work for at least 2 years before it stops working.

Sound is adjust and clear, comes with different light colors and can be connected through an app on your phone, very easy to use. The whole family loves it

It’s been 6 month for buying this item and it was working perfectly specially without power it help you a lot to keep it where you wantBut right now it’s working just with the power supply it’s not holding the charge or not charging anymore, very sad about that !

I want the PRODUCT REPLACED at EARLIEST. The product does not even turn on. Supplier will not refund you fully. Only 70% AT BEST and you must still be charged for trying to return the product and you are forced to courier the product all by yourself at your cost. They are and absolute disgrace to AMAZON platform . Do not ever by from the SELLER. The product has a high ratio of batches that fail to switch on. Please DO NOT BUY IT AT ALL. I REPEAT. DO NOT RISK IT AT ALL. I want the PRODUCT REPLACED at EARLIEST

Very impressed
Does what its supposed to do, easy yo use. Baby monitor unfortunately only works when you are on the same network, but not a serious problem. Fact that it has batteries and can be moved is great. We take it with to bath time and it calms my child. The clock is also very handy.

FAULTY ITEM BOUGHT - how do i return it?
This item is great, but stopped working after about 5 or 6 uses. No idea why and amazon is not helping to contact seller or use manufacturers warranty. I have had mo response to my complaint or help with my return of the item which is clearly faulty.
