Q: Filter dimensions please?

Black one is 1 3/4 x 15/16 x 3/8 inches White is 1 3/4 x 7/8 inches. They fit my system one cpap really well

Q: are they safe, from the ones in the phillips recall?

The filters pictured are not the foam that is in the recall. The foam the recall is about is inside the blower housing as a sound deadened. In some of the machines the foam is inside with the fan blades and when it goes bad it is shredded and blown into the mask. You picture is the dust filters for the incoming air only.
