Q: Are the ice cubes easy to remove from the ice tray?

Sometimes. The ice trays are very stiff hard plastic. My experience is that maybe half of the ice cubes come out easy looking like actual spheres. The remaining ice is half spheres or just chips of ice. Regardless I still really like using this ice "system"

Q: Does this make clear, craft ice or is the ice cloudy/partially cloudy?i

Unless you're starting with water that is visibly cloudy (Don't use that water for anything), the cloudyness in your ice is the result of gas bubbles leaving the water as it solidifies. Boiling the water before freezing can drive out some of the dissolved gas, but there will still be some clouding when it freezes. Craft Ice is CRAFTED from large blocks, frozen so that most of the ice forms after the gas has frozen out, leaving most of the block crystal clear. That clear portion is liberated and broken down to cubes using saws and chisels.

Q: Do the cubes stick together after they're popped out and put in the container?

Mine don't but I suspect if they are not cold enough they might melt a bit and stick together.
