Useless for me but there is no refund options

The reader works as stated with both my laptop (Win 11) and my Android phone Redmi Prime 9. However, it only reads the tag id and pastes it into notepad/Excel on my laptop. Likewise on the phone it pastes into the open note app. In case my phone is not locked but no app is open then it opens Google search and pastes the tag id into the search bar. This meets my requirement. However, it cannot read data written on the tag. If the phone is locked it wakes the screen up. I could setup the Tasker app to unlock the phoneUsage is simple. Just plug the reader into the USB port (on the phone I had to use an OTG cable to connect the reader. It beeps when connected. On swiping the tag, it again beeps and immediately pastes the data into the app. The tag id is pasted along with linefeed. So multiple swipes will be pasted into multiple lines in the app that is open. The functioning is quite simple, limited to only sending the tag id to the connected deviceNo setup was required, so that was a plus point

Product is worked properly, but it not working properly after a month. Can i returned? You must replay. The cable didn't connected clearly
