Very worth full product. Very comfortable Flo mattress. Mattress thickness is very good. But mattress cover quality is okay. Cover stretch is not good.

Good product but bad customer service
Mattress itself is very comfy and good quality... This was my 5th purchase of flomattress, since 2019 i have been purchasing stuff of this brand. I only have an inconvenience regarding the customer support,it's the worst i have ever experienced. Its very slow and if having trouble with anything they wont respond quickly
