Function well and arrived early
The seller I selected was based in Germany, therefore no need to pay additional taxes to deliver to EU. The unit arrived early than promised and it functions well

Better boxes out there
Box arrived within the expected timeframe. Wouldn't be 100% confident that it was a brand new product. As you can see in the photo the control packing arrived opened. The box itself looked like it had dirty marks on it. Not happy with the box. Content is great, if you could watch it! I haven't been able to watch anything for more then 10 minutes without having buffering issues or issues of the screen going black. This goes for the UB apps be it VOD, playback, or live. It is not an issue with my wifi, as I've other devices which require a wifi connection and these have been running smoothly. I've been in contact with the seller to see if the issue can be resolved. Pretty disappointed overall.

The product was just ok
The product itself is very easy to install and it is delivered very quickly. Thanks to the seller.Unblock 9 is supposed to run faster and less buggy than the previous versions. They have changed the interface a bit but it does not really run any faster and what's worse, it's way more buggy. easily stuck and need to either reboot or wait for the system to react. Not sure if that's the service provider problem. The searching function is basically a joke and they no longer provide a synopsis to the shows, so you are flying a bit blind what that's about unless you google it in advance. All in all, not really impressive.

Reliable product which does exactly as advertised. Channel reception has improved. Picture/ sound appear to be very good.After sales very good also. If there is an issue, attented to very quickly.

Unblock box
It came guickly from Germany just plugged in a power supply a hdmi and cat 45 cable switched on then spent 10 minutes downloading the apps I needed then away I got so much to see
