These are surprisingly good considering the ingredient list looks like it was taken from a package of bird seed...Really great taste and almost addictive. Get the individually wrapped to keep them fresh.

Found these when I was in San Francisco in April. I am in love. They have the best seeds in them. Kind of like a little healthy muffin. Either as breakfast with a protein drink or as quick pick me up.

I found this at Costco. Unfortunately Costco does not sell this individually wrapped. So glad I found this on Amazon. Stays fresh. It does have nuts (so for those who have allergies to nuts, please be aware of its ingredients). Great for on the go snack.
