I ordered this product to have a solution to my work from home routine.The "setup" is fast and easy - just had to plug it in. No need to install drivers or something like that.I could easily connect Ethernet cable + 2 monitors + mouse dongle. Everything worked smooth and stable.What I really like is the option to connect it to your phone (I'm using Android). I was able to connect my phone directly to the router with a LAN cable, it can really help when you need a faster/stable internet connection and also a low ping.I also tried to connect it to another phone (Oneplus 6), but it didn't work. I guess that the mobile device was too old for that. It worked great on other phones (such as Galaxy S20, Galaxy S21 and some more).

I bought this to replace a different hub for my M1 MacBook Pro. All the ports work, though I didn't test the VGA as I don't have anything that uses that type of connection. I didn't test both HDMI ports at the same time because I only have one monitor haha. I did try both ports to make sure they worked though. Also, I didn't have a chance to test the ethernet connection yet, but I'm sure it'll come in handy when I go to a client site.The hub stays just a little warm, as in slightly above room temperature. My other hub before this one would get incredibly warm. Also, previously I couldn't close my laptop with everything connected. With this one I can without any issues.The ONLY downside I can tell so far (been using it non-stop for about a week) is the HDMI output is only 30hz. I would've liked to lose the VGA port if that meant a 30hz bump up in output. It isn't a deal breaker, but takes a little getting used to if you've been using something with 60hz. I use my MBP for video editing, and although I can't tell if there's any problems with video playback, I do notice the difference when I move my mouse around the screen.Overall, I like this better than what I had before. Lots of ports, easy to use and all my connections stay cool all day long.I can definitely recommend!

Overall, this is a highly competent device - I have the 11-port model, and it checks almost every box.I have a smaller 8-port hub that I use at my desk, but I've added this one to my travel bag (now that I'm out of the office more these days) because the selection of ports is much appreciated when in a strange office or hotel room.Pros:- Premium feel, great build quality- Great selection of ports - VGA, HDMI, 3xUSB-A, even a headphone jack. You could tape this to the back of a monitor and use it as your daily driver laptop hub and be covered for 99% of use cases.- Competitively priced.Cons:- The indicator light is .... weird? It backs onto a large empty space that adds size and bulk to the hub. I'd lose it altogether, or make it a simple LED in the main body.- Only 1 USB-C port: most of my cable life if now USB-C based, and once a laptop is plugged I can't charge/connect my phone, iPad, etc.- Port orientation: my most common use case is plugging a laptop in via USB-C, so it would make the most sense to have the USB-C in and out cable aligned in a straight line. Have the USB-C power in cable coming in at a 90-degree angle at the midpoint of the hub is not particularly efficient.

I got this a few days ago and couldn't be happier, the build quality is good, it is made with a solid piece of metal so it is not going to crack or break. the variety of ports is perfect for me. I can add 2 screens to my laptop and configure them in different ways whether I'm working or gaming. The file transfer rate on the usb is very fast as well as the charging rate on the usb 3 PD port made for quick charging your phone or other devices.I would say the only thing I would have liked to see is to include a usb c to usb a adapter for laptops that dont have usb c! other than that I think this is a great device well worth the price.

This product is really good, it is made of a good quality materials and it is very comfortable.

not reliable. Sometimes it starts to disconnect the monitors or my external keyboard/mouse through USB. Wouldn't buy this if I'd known. Size wise very good but I recommend you look at another brand.

The power passes through the dock and both monitors run without issue. Using it on a Dell 7420.

This product solved a major problem for me. This allows me to operate 2 remote screens and multiple other devices at the same time connected to my Macbook Pro. I have 2 screens, backup disk, mouse and keyboard, SD Card and remote camera all connected. I travel and only need to disconnect one device with the use of this product. great time saver.

When I connect this device to the laptop smoke came out of the device and it's not working

O produto é muito bom, qualidade excelente, esquenta pouco, porém tem uma limitação que fica nas "entrelinhas": Se usar dois monitores ao mesmo tempo, a resolução máxima de cada é 1920x1080 60hz, sendo assim, não funcionou adequadamente para meu combo 2560x1080 + 1920x1080, ambos 75hz.

Bom custo benefício

O produto tem um bom acabamento em metal, montagem sólida, várias entradas uteis, entretanto causou problemas no meu Macbook Air M1, travamento do trackpad e mal funcionamento do bluetooth.
