After reading a number of reviews (both on the Amazon and several other sites) it seemed that it was worth trying this company's CoQ10. I particularly liked reading that it was manufactured in the US. The product is in the form of a medium sized softgel, just a bit over 1/4 inch wide, so not hard to swallow at all. I have been taking this for about a month, and feel fewer aches after exercise.In a helpful pamphlet that is downloadable via PCNL, it is recommended that since CoQ10 is fat soluble it is best to take it with food to aid absorption. One thing that PCNL, and many other manufacturers, could do to improve their overall product is to put directions, cautions, and secondary ingredients, into a larger font and use black ink on a white background to improve readability on the bottle.

Hello, I have been using your CoQ10 Platinum for many years with no issues, in fact it is a great product.However on my most recent bottle I have noticed a quality issue. Please see the images below.The first bottle is my previous bottle and the pills appear large oval and shiny. I have been using this for a few days now. My fertility specialist recommended it for improving my egg quality before we do ivf. He said theres not strong evidence if it improves egg quality or not, but i figured I would give it a try! It makes your pee very yellow, neon. I haven't noticed yet if it has given me more energy. Im still having to drink a cup of coffee during the day. The recommended dosage for me is 600-800 mg, so I've been taking 6 pills a day, 3 in the morning, and 3 in the afternoon. The first couple of days I was taking 2 in morning, 2 in afternoon, and 2 at night, but then realized that I sleep horribly at night when I take it before bed. Ive been taking a b complex vitamin with it, which was recommended to me to help with the absorption of the CoQ10. I would recommend this product to others.

I read the book "The Antioxidant Miracle", CoQ10 is one of the five antioxidants recommended by the author to take together for their synergistic effect on the body. I was already taking C and E, so I decided to add in the other three, all of which our body makes less and less of as we get older. I've added and subtracted some other things to my daily habits also, all the changes together are working out, because my body feels much cleaner on the inside and I have more energy. I wanted to try this product because of the great reviews it has. I actually bought 2 products from them.Both bottles have no expiration dates on them . I don't like guessing how old the products are. They have one label on top of the original one, not happy . Won't be purchasing anything from them again !!

I have been looking for a good source of COQ10 for a while. It's been a product that has helped me a lot and I believe it helped me have a very healthy baby when I was 42 years old. It takes a lot of Q10 to make a baby! My former source changed their formula. It is important that COQ10 is in liquid capsule form to be effective. I finally found this product and am very pleased with the results. Now I have confidence in my heart and don't worry about my gums. I really like this brand.

Shipment was prompt, the gel capsules are easy to swallow, competitively priced, and the company is interested in the opinion of the consumer. All five star attributes that I can evaluate. I'm retired (can take that afternoon nap), in good health, and active. Started taking CoQ10 upon recommendation of a retired medical professional, and from information about CoQ10 on the internet. Whether the CoQ10 made a difference or works better than other suppliers of same is something I'm unable to evaluate. Things are going well and will continue taking CoQ10.
