Product doesn't work at all in cutting or trimming beard despite pressing all angles.Seller also has no returns policy, only exchange, this is designed poorly or bad design.Generally Amazon policy is for allowing returns. But alas this seller had exceptions

I recently purchased the VGR V-390 Professional Electric Ultra Thin Shaver from Amazon, attracted by its sleek design and promising features. The shaver boasts a stylish and compact build with two blades operated by a single switch, making it very convenient and easy to use.While the shaver itself looks amazing with a compact and solid build, there are a couple of noteworthy issues.Firstly, the packaging was not up to par. Unlike other Amazon orders, there was no additional box for protection, which resulted in concerns about the safety of the product during transit. It would be beneficial for the seller to improve the packaging for a more secure delivery.Additionally, the charging process proved to be somewhat inconvenient. Despite the convenience of USB charging, the shaver only accepts the cable provided in the box. This limitation means that it doesn't charge with any standard Type C cable, which can be an inconvenience if you're without the original cable.

compact for travel, powerful motor for small size, smooth shave, for stubble OK, for clean shave NO, included a spare foil for the main shaver, worthy purchase.As soon as I received it EOD I went to work. Self explanatory usage, didn't even read the manual, didn't even put to charge, just powered on & went to town, beard & moustache shave was done in 5min. In my excitement I forgot to take a before pic. I have somewhat light growth so it takes a few months for growth to reach an inch, thereafter it slows down & takes 4-5 months to reach ~2 inches. This is my experience based off 1 inch growth. My advice : I wouldn't recommend this for anyone with thick growth, it's just gonna clog & pull, which is not a good experience. For anyone else with ~1-2 inch growth, first start with the side trimmer to remove all the hair, then the main shaver to finish. If you want clean shave then follow up with manual blade shaving which should be quick as it's only fine stubble. Once you are done shaving use the provided brush to clean the unit outside & inside by removing the main cover.Nice of them to include a spare foil cover for the main shaver.For my usage, it was a worthy purchase. I hope it it lasts a long time, but then again it's technology, so only time will tell. Cheers!
