Simple to use

Initially purchased this to act as a countdown timer to midnight as I was DJing on NYE and have to say that I am glad that I bought it! Easy to set the timer, bright and clear display and a nice alarm too. Now that NYE is over with, I'll be using this for work and studies using the Pomodoro method

After buying another well known brand of timer which was useless, I decided to try this brand which I was unfamiliar with. However I have to say I'm delighted with it. Easy to use, clear display and loud beep though this can also be adjusted. Highly recommended.

This is one of the simpler Digital Kitchen Timers on the market, but I feel it is certainly one of the better designed in terms of simplicity and visibility. It offers two levels of brightness, so you can choose high visibility or a lower "economy" battery-saving level through a switch on the rear. The lighting is of course the largest power drain on the batteries, so this is a useful option to have. One has the option to use the timer to either count up or count down; either way you push and twist the outer ring to set, and simply press the centre to start. An audio alarm will sound when the target is reached. I must confess that I was about to bin it in disgust as it steadfastly refused to remain in place on my fridge, instead it would slide down the side until it dropped off.Fortunately upon closer inspection I was able to discern the clear thin protective plastic film over the magnets, which were quite hard to see, and removing them resolved the problem. The only thing I don't like about this Aimilar digital timer is that it doesn't seem to allow for a lot of time to set it before the display will go blank - it's not a clock so when not used as a timer it doesn't use power by showing any display. Other than that, I think it's a good timer that is easy to set and utilises a nice legible hi-vis digital display. I do think just a tad under £15 is a bit strong for something quite so basic, but if simplicity and legibility are highly valued for you, it's probably worth it.I like the looks of it too... but then everything looks cooler in black...

I'm pretty fussy about my kitchen and this device is really expensive looking, black front with nickel trim. The countdown clock works as you would expect, very precise and is magnetic to the firdge. My husband and teenagers can all use it as it is fairly intuitive. Nice big numbers in a non-offensive white (blue / green numbers would have offended my delicate sensibilities!!!). As an added bonus I've put it over a small dent in my fridge so hiding a problem too!

Works well

Bit tricky to get the hang of at first but okay once you did. However it did not last long and stopped working after three months. Not cheap and should have lasted much longer. Waste of money.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great digital timer and after using it these are the things I like about itIt has a large and clear LED display which make it easy for me to have a lookIt has a strong magnetic back so I can attach it to ovens, cooker hoods or fridge doors.It can count up or down, and sound is loud and gives a distinctive beep once the countdown is finished,It has an option to reset if you want to start over.It has a time saver mode which enables it to dim down its screen to save on battery lifeThe battery needed is included in the pack.It has 2 lighting modes, one which always keeps it on and the other power-saving modeThe beep has 3 volume settings loud, soft and mute.It has a memory function to remember the last setting.With all of these pros, I felt there is only one con that the manual provided is not very detailed and you have to figure out many features on your own but as this is a simple product that is not a big issue.#I am very pleased with this digital timer and it has become essential in our home. I use this in the kitchen as well as with my kids to motivate them to finish off their tasks in a particular period of time.

It's easy to operate, the alert could be a little louder but it's defiantly louder than my old wind up.

The timer is nice, easy to use. When counting up or down, the digits show but when stopped, the lights go out. There is some ECO mode. that is a laff. just use the normal mode. Turning left and right to get desired time in minutes/seconds takes some doing. Best to have it stuck on some metal first and not try to turn in your own hands.

Jolie et assez classe. Par contre, un peu galère pour être précis. Un peu cher. A voir dans le temps.
