You could not register for the app needs fixing!

The gimbal held an S22 Ultra or IPhone 13 Pro Max without a problem. The side knob didn’t work as a focus with the S22 but it would control zoom. I bought the item used and had to contact customer service about it being registered to another account and they were quick to respond and very helpful. I've read other reviews that complained about customer service but that was not my experience at all. Overall great product and support.

Best gymbal in the market. It took me a while to learn how to use it, kept watching YouTube videos about it, I believe now I have a decent management but it wasn't easy. Once you have the experience this gymbal will improve your shots and pictures at a professional level. 100% recommended

Pay attention to who you are buying from. "The School Spirit" is the name I had purchased this stabilizer from. I ended up returning this product because it is definitely NOT a great product. At the time of this review, it's been 25 days since the return was accepted and still no refund and ZERO communication or updates from seller.As for the product itself... It's okay, I guess. It stabilizes phone camera footage and has a small handful of other features that get old really fast. None of it is special or anything that is going to make your videos any better. Maybe if you were vlogging or IRL streaming it would come in handy. But, of all the big-time vloggers and streamers out there, I've never seen any of them use a stabilizer and their content does not suffer without it. If you look at all the videos on YouTube about phone stabilizers, you'll quickly notice they're all tutorials and unboxing videos. Nobody uses these things in their daily life. Pretty disappointing overall.Again, be careful who you buy it from if you still think you need this thing. But honestly, you don't need this.

There are 3 main issues with this gimbal1st - I cannot update the firmware the app says I need to connect the device via USB C cable, then I follow the instructions in the webpage but when I try to install "ZHIYUN Calibration Upgrade Tool" on MAC it says "ZhiyunGimbalTools.app cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified."2nd - In some random cases the gimbal suddenly turns off3rd - And the worst is the Tracking mode, which is ZERO accurate, even if I select manually a face then if the hands are in the shot the tracking changes to the hands or anything else that has movement

after reading manual, how to set up and using gimbal stabilzer easy to use. my hand shakes quiet a bit so this will help me to get clear photo's and video

The app for this device is the worst. The gimble works took a long time to learn the ins and outs. I like the other brand of gimble better it had a magnet to hold the phone on. I hope they come up with a better app.
