Great concept but terrible quality…

Excellent, high quality product.
This strap works much better than the single elastic strap that comes with most oxygen and nebulizer masks. It is easy to install and transfer from mask to mask. It effectively holds the mask securely in place during treatment.

Doesn't hold up
Great product that does what it needs to but we use it over an hour every day and after almost 3 months the elastic around the head has cracked in so many places and cracks more every day. We are gentle with it and hand wash and air dry for cleaning. It shouldn't have broken so quickly. The description says lifetime warranty? Any ideas on how to contact the seller?

Love this!!! I hAve to tighten it all the way for my 6year old but he loves it he can move more freely!

Good product...useable for 7 month old with a few modifications
I had to modify it a bit to make it fit my 7 month old (admittedly he has a rather large head)...but this has been the easiest breathing treatment so far since I haven’t had to keep adjusting the mask. I’m not going to say he loves it, but it makes life a little easier
