I apply automotive vinyl wraps and use this knife as one of my primary tools. It feels good in the hand and the blade extends smoothly. The front is shaped in a way that allows a really nice grip when making those detailed cuts. It also has a safety stop that won't let the blade move unless you want it to, nice. I like the NT cutter knife as well, but I think this one is slightly better. One guys opininion, but use quality stainless replacement blades, black oxide sucks.

I build model airplanes from balsa wood. I've done it for more than 40 years now, and I've gone through a lot of different sorts of knives. I've done Xacto knives, surgical scalpels--the #11 blade is favorite, craft knives, Swann Morton knives etc. For cutting out balsa wood parts, this knife can't be beat. The secret of course is that it uses 9 mm snapoff blades. There are a lot of different brands of those 9 mm blades--but they are all very very sharp. Get one of these knives--or maybe two. They are a good deal.

Great craft knife - I use it to cut magazine paper. Didn’t realize the nifty piece that you detach and use to snap off the used blade. Comes with plenty of spares. Good value for the price, well made and ergonomic. Would recommend and would buy again

If I had known what I know now, I would've passed on this for the OLFA SVR-2 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0006O87O6 and saved a bit of money overall. This utility knife doesn't have a pocket clip, which makes it hard to remove from my shirt pocket, and I attempted (and failed!) to get a pocket clip to put on this, while the OLFA SVR-2 has one integrated. This is a nice set, and I probably would've been pleased, as it comes with plenty of replacement blades, and the plastic housing doesn't feel cheap, but the OLFA is manufactured in Japan in stainless steel. The housing is pretty substantial, those with large hands might feel better using this utility knife, but fits your pocket well.Don't have buyer's remorse, and go for the OLFA SVR-2 for its higher quality. Keep in mind the OLFA replacement blades are more expensive than this model, which includes 10 replacements.

Great cutter. Very sharp! Comes with extra blades. Best part is the handle. Its comfortable and easy to use!
