I enjoy drinking water again after replacing the way overdue filters with this new set. I also changed the 5th-stage RO element too. So, credits should go to both of them.

We live out in the country and have well water which tastes good to begin with. We installed an iSpring 6-stage filter system for our drinking water in the house.Since the filter system is installed in the crawl space under the house where all the other utilities are located, it falls to me to change the filters because my husband has claustrophobia about going into the crawl space.iSpring has videos about how to change and replace the filters which I did watch. I was easily able to change the first three filters because they are in a container that is simply unscrewed, take out the old cylindrical filter, put the new one in, and re-screw the bottom of the container to the cover. However, I had difficulty removing the quick connection devices used on the remaining stages. I think I must have cracked two trying to get them off the old filters and trying to insert them into the new filters. They were dripping.I called the iSpring customer service phone number and left a message about the problems I was having.Michele called me back. She was very helpful in providing instruction about how the quick connect devices work which was not apparent in the filter change video I watched. She also told me there was a video specifically about how the quick connect devices work which I was not previously aware of. In addition, Michele very kindly offered to send me iSpring replacements for the parts that weren’t working correctly after I made the filter change at no charge.When people come over to our house, there are frequently comments about the great tasting water from our special little iSpring filter faucet. I appreciate the high quality iSpring filter system, the excellent quality water that tastes delicious, the outstanding iSpring customer service, and the really nice iSpring customer service people like Michele.

I have had this water filter under my kitchen sink for several years. Not only does the water from it tastes great but I have the peace of mind knowing that it is thoroughly filtered through reverse osmosis! In addition, the customer service is great. I needed a replacement part in the past and they were quick to respond and quick to ship it. Plus, Michele in Customer Service is so nice and helpful! After dealing with customer service reps from most companies these days, it is refreshing to have someone who treats their customers with respect and someone who makes them feel that they are important for a change.

These are fine. They work for me. Since putting a while house carbon filter on, they last 6 months. Before that, 3 was about the limit, before they seemed to get overwhelmed by the chlorine and allow it to start eating away at the iSpring RO membrane.I have a total of 7 stages on my house. One large, whole house carbon filter on my house, and before that, a whole house sediment filter.Then under the sink, I have my 5 stage iSpring system.The post pressure tank carbon filter housing can crack if you are unlucky. It tends to leak, but if you put too much teflon tape on the threads to stop the fitting from leaking, it will crack and ruin the filter.There is one sold by GE that already has the john guest fittings molded into the body, and therefore is superior and does not crack or leak at all.

At first I was going to give these a less than a stellar rating as I had an issue with a new style fitting and a membrane that wouldn't flush easily. I contacted customer service and I was promptly sent a new filters to replace the ones I had an issue with. I'm happy with the unit and water it makes. Mostly this review is about the customer service. They were actually quite persistent in making sure that I was satisfied as I was sort of "meh" about the system itself. I now feel good about the system and how it performs. Customer service went over the top to make sure I was satisfied and that is very rare today and on a 3 year old system too. I don't usually write reviews but these folks earn it. I have had the unit for over three years now and recommend it.
