Having tried their lighter standard syrup, I liked that… but wanted stronger maple flavor.The Late Harvest version delivers that darker stronger more concentrated maple flavor I wanted.Really good stuff!

Wow. This is one of those products that is expensive, but totally worth the price. I gave it as a gift to someone "who already has everything" and they were thrilled. I was rewarded with a sample. It is truly in the 99% percentile compared to its peers. Deep, rich, smoky, thick. Our family only uses pure maple syrup, usually Kirkland brand, but this is way over the top. If you have the means to afford this sort of thing, you should just go for it. You will love it. I've never been surer about recommending a product before!
