DAC Gun-Cleaning-Kits

With prices going "skyhigh" this product is fair for the price. It may or may not be the best (I have not purchased any other similar products, so I cannot compare) but for the price, I think its just perfect. You will need a couple of more items example, toothbrush. oils, solvents and some long cotton swabs and you will have a VERY basic kit to clean your prized possession. The only reason I give it four stars is due to the lacking of the above items. Then again, the price is fair. So for people that are like me, starting out, definitely look at this product. Why so much for other products when this will do the same for less, unless you own many different models of weapons.

I purchased a pistol on a new caliber, and needed some cleaning stuff for it, this kit was cheaper than buying the Otis parts for my existing kit in this caliber, much cheaper, so I gave it a shot. While the parts aren't of the highest quality, they work, I was able to give the gun a good cleaning with this kit. I can't imagine what more a person could ask for in a gun cleaning kit.I would buy again, I will still buy the caliber correct parts to add to my Otis set as well, but this kit is completely serviceable and I plan to use it until things break.

Okay, it's not the best kit on the market. It's just by far the best for the price. I paid $2.60 plus $2.08 shipping. It has a brass rod and brass jags. only the slotted tip is nylon. I was replacing a 40 cal kit I got from Bass Pro which cost three times as much and the nylon jag broke off in the rod the first time I used it. I don't like the thin patches that leave fuzz in the barrel, but I buy patches in bulk anyway. If you are looking for a brass rod and brass jags for either a 40 cal or a 45 cal (you get both) this is a good buy. I received it 2 days after I placed the order.

This cleaning kit is what I expected for the price I paid. As a casual shooter I really didnt need anything sturdier, just something that was economical and did the job and this kit fit the bill. If your at the range a couple of times a week I would look else where for a more substantial kit. The kit was well packaged and delivered on time, the vendor described it accurately so no complaints there.

Bought the kit as a stocking stuffer. Kit comes with brushes, swabs, jags, and cleaning patches for .40 cal and .45 cal pistols. The cleaning rod is in-par with the kit (brass).Good rating overall.

great starter kit for anyone. could use a few extras but it carries the basic needds. Not much else to say about this product so just meeting the word count.

Cleaned the Hipoint 45 perfectly. Bore brushes just the right fit. If you are looking for a decent cleaning kit this is it.
