M-Wave Chocolate Midi pedal (Wow!)
Bought this for the price - and figured I would need to upgrade in the near future once I grew out of this 'starter' pedal. I was wrong - this is plenty of pedal for my needs, and the build quality and features have me really impressed. The wireless Bluetooth connectivity is reliable, and it is slim and portable, so simple to pack into a bag or case for use on the go.I was glad when I saw someone in a tutorial for my digital work station using it in a video... That gave me a headstart on set up and troubleshooting - and I definitely recommend searching for some videos with this pedal close to your intended use... It saves a lot of time to see someone doing real-world setup and operation.I am using with a DAE on an iPad, and there was an initial step to install a free application called CubeBase to dial in the settings on the pedal. 5 minute setup.Battery life seems good, and it does everything I need it to. Even smaller than I expected, and definitely a sturdier case and buttons than I was expecting.Quote good value for money, and I'm happy I chose this midi pedal.

Absolute bargain and solid bit of kit... but be prepared to do some tinkering...
So it's a bit bittersweet. I have it set up perfectly (now..) - I have it paired with my Kemper profiler, and it loads all my presets perfectly, and also sends midi through my Kemper to all of my midi-programmable pedals. Absolutely ace bit of kit once set up.The problem is, as stated, the documentation is a bit of a nightmare, and it took me about 4 hours of stress to set it up, and that was essentially with sheer trial and error and guesswork. I actually put in a return after 3 hours, but then gave it another shot and glad I did.I'm thinking of buying a second one now...Absolute bargain and works a dream one set up, but if you're not at least a bit technically minded and therefore cba with the headache, then maybe avoid.

Works well, but ...
Works well and surprisingly good value for money. Build quality feels good, too. Easy to program what midi messages are sent per button if the defaults don't suit you.Things I don't like:1. It needs to be bigger to reduce the possibility of pressing more than one button mid-perfomance with unpredictable/ embarrassing results.2. In custom mode (the one I use and the most useful) the display tells you nothing about which button is pressed. Why on earth didn't they design it so that it tells you which button was last pressed, or let one program something one's self? This is hardly "rocket science" and would make a massive difference to being able to use it with confidence in a live situation.

Cheaper way to get more buttons!
My first go at using MIDI and it totally works. The unit feels solid. The buttons are a bit clunky, but it's half the cost of most the other controllers. The app wasn't too bad - watching some YouTube videos really helped. The controller and lead came to about £40 all told which is way cheaper than buying a HX Stomp XL 😄

Doesn’t work with my interface….
so i have it connected via cable which works. The manual is a bit flimsy and not easy to follow

Difficult to use, not intended for DAWs it seems.
Disappointed. I just needed footswitches to start record, stop, rewind etc Reaper, so I can drop in etc while playing. This can't easily do that, in fact after 3 hours I've given up trying. The 'suite' of s/w it uses is very poor, the English is weird and inconsistent. The led window is a joke, it puts up seemingly meaningless characters most of the time, and can't even be relied on to indicate which of the 4 buttons has been triggered.Apparently there are a lot of guys out there using it to send complex midi codes to their effects pedals when playing, and this is what the product seems to be designed for, rather that used with DAWs,
