These are COMFORTABLE! Suede leather comes already soft
As the previous owner of the sandals of which these are knockoffs. . .here's the comparison from my point of view.1. These are COMFORTABLE! Suede leather comes already soft, seem to require no breaking in. The leather on my other ones was much stiffer, and probably would have loosened up, but were not comfortable. Footbed seems to be softer, though not squishy as well. My question, having just gotten these today is what the longevity of these will be.2. LOOOOOVE the gray color and overall appearance. If it weren't for the stitching (which matches the suede, so not noticeable), you wouldn't know these weren't the authentic sandals. I'd guess using 2 layers of leather (necessitating the seam) keeps costs lower than the others which use only one thickness.3. SIZING I wear a size 9 Women's and a size 40 EU. These (9) are noticeably smaller than the other sandals (40) were, both in width and length. They fit me quite well - just wanted to note the difference. I will probably need to punch one or two more holes to get to a secure fit over the top of the foot, but that's no big deal.4. VALUE At 1/4 to 1/3 the price of the other sandals, these seem to be a great value. I'll try to remember to add to my comments in 6 months regarding durability.Meanwhile -- I hope they make more colors - I could live in these!

If you're a half-size, you have to make a slightly tough decision. BUT I LOVE THEM
I wanted the look of Birkenstocks without the overwhelming price. My first drawback is that I am a 7.5 usually, so I sat there and tried to decide whether I wanted a shoe that was slightly too small or slightly too big. I figured that size 8 would just be slightly intolerably big, as they are already wide enough as it is.So I chose a 7, in the shade brown. The first, small thing, that I noticed was that on my left foot my second toe sometimes would hit the edge/brim of the shoe, which feels ever so slightly weird, but I can live with that (not sure if that's a me problem or a shoe problem, probably a combo). The second thing I noticed that I expected was that the heel of my foot hits EXACTLY at the edge/brim of the shoe, which can be awkward for walking at times, but again, nothing that I can't live with. Surprisingly, the arch support makes up for that, and its quite impressive how supportive they are. They also do these on the sides of the shoes sometimes as well.Aside from these quirks, my conclusion is: I LOVE THESE SHOES. I've had them for roughly about a month, and they're sometimes the only shoes I tolerate wearing. They're good for walking, I even played putt-putt in them. They look really well, as I feel that I have odd toes, so I love the strap that wraps around the big toe.I eventually want to order these in black, and I hope they have more styles one day. And hopefully they implement half sizes.

I love the style
I love the style. They're exactly what I was looking for less the price tag if the brand we all think of with this type of shoe! I'm a 7.5/8 in shoes and the 8 fits in length perfectly. I had to tighten the straps as tight as they'd go so I don't have to flex my feet uncomfortably when I walk (even now walking up stairs in them in a chore on my feet muscles) but they're comfortable enough just walking around. I'm a thin person/have thin feet.Someone mentioned walking Disney in them. I would never! They're not that comfortable. I wore them on a busy day and they were great but my last errand of the day was an hour at Costco. My feet were starting to hurt.Over all, I'd recommend them and I know I'll be wearing them until they wear out.

Great value!
Great value for an $18 pair of Fakenstocks. I've worn them pretty consistently all summer and I'm confident they'll last me for next season as well. My one note would be that they are not nearly as comfortable as their more expensive name-brand counterparts. I wouldn't recommend walking long distances in these things. Even after they have worn to my feet, I find the soles to be hard; there's not a lot of comfort flexibility built into the soles. Still, for the price, they can't be beat!

Fell apart a after only a few uses
When these sandals arrived I was so excited and I really loved them. Cute and comfortable, and fit just as expected. I bought these because of the great price and the awesome reviews. I was very happy with them for the first few uses, but after about five times wearing them, I noticed the lining of the sole starting to come off. I’m so disappointed with these and have now realized it was a complete waste of money. As the lining now folds in and rubs against my foot, they are completely unwearable for me. I very rarely write bad reviews, but the poor quality of these sandals needs to be addressed.I would definitely NOT recommend these sandals to anybody. Spend the extra money and go for something more reliable.

Hard ridge under toes
This would've been the perfect sandal if it didn't have a super hard ridge under the toes. I think the manufacturer figured it would help the toes keep the shoe on, but it rubs and is way too firm so it hurts super bad to walk on. It's like stepping on rocks with your toe tendons! Not sure how no one else seems to have a problem with the ridge, so it's probably my foot but I absolutely can't wear these even though they are super cute... Can't return them easily either. It costs 1/3 of the price of the shoe to return them so I'm better off gifting them.

Bang for your buck
These are great. At first I thought they were a bit uncomfortable and they made a farting noise caused by suction in the arch but after wearing them around and breaking them in they have become so comfortable, the noise is gone, and they are my favorite sandals to wear. Now that being said we all know these are meant to look like a certain style of sandal. My only issues are one, the material the straps are made of are a bit thin don't get me wrong they've been holding up fine but the end of the straps by the buckles have started to curl up which is just a bit unsightly but only a cosmetic detail and two, the suede-ish felt material on the sole has started to peel ever so slightly on some of the edges. All in all you get what you pay for they are very comfortable and pretty nice looking definitely good for the price. The fit is also good I am a 7 1/2 and ordered an 8 and they fit perfect with a little wiggle room.

Absolutely painful
I gave these sandals several tries thinking I just needed to break them in. The last time was in Mexico going to Tulum and Xel-Ha (walking around for several hours) and oh wow my feet were in so much pain from these sandals that I was in literal tears.I have narrow feet but these sandals STILL dug in on both sides of my feet and left painful indents that took 24 hours to go away!! The arch is very high and digs in painfully (have never had this issue with any footwear in the past). The straps sit too high on the foot so that you have to walk somewhat awkwardly which makes the front of your ankle sore. And the material under your foot rubs the base of your toes raw. Overall, I have absolutely nothing good to say about these sandals. They are the worst things ever created and I actually threw them away after my trip. I actually HATE them so much. Oh and if they get wet, the black material dye runs and dyes your feet blue.

Buen producto a buen precio
Buen producto a buen precio.

Great sandals for the price!
Excellent sandals for the price! I was looking for a comfortable *brand name* knock-off for walking around, and that’s exactly what I got! I find they fit true to size, I normally wear size 8.5, after reading reviews I decided to purchase size 8, and I find them to be exactly a half size too small lol! But after wearing for a bit, they have molded to my foot and now fit perfectly. Gave me blisters initially but now they are my go-to sandals. Just needed to be broken in. Hopefully they last!
