The best purchase i have ever made!
I am pleased with the purchase as it is sturdy and stable. It came next day after ordering and arrived with decent package. No need to put parts together, all you need to do is to attach it to your desk. Comfortable to use and great relief for the shoulders, the soft pad is just perfect to place your arm. It is expensive but worth every pence. Highly recommended.

Game changer for 2 people who had shoulder issues from bad mouse positioning.
This is the second time I have purchased one of these. First was for working from home and second for a colleague at work. Game changer for both of us. Has changed our posture and now is helping reduce pain from that bad posture. Very good quality. Yes it is expensive but it is very well manufactured product and I think will stand the test of time as long as we don't lean on them with our body weight! Such a great product.

Beware of rising table controls
Arm rest is great addition to desk, but for me unfortunately i have a raising desk and the control is right in the way, it still fits but not as good looking, it was so easy to fit and will be suitable for much thicker tables aswell, mine is quite thin but fits fine, strong, sturdy, and comfortable, shame it's so expensive.

Didn’t know how much I needed this!
Never even thought about getting something like this until browsing a website with cheap versions of elbow rests. Bought a cheap version as it was a novel idea, but that product kept falling off the edge of the table at the slightest pressure. Decided to try this one despite the price. Really impressed as to its stability, and finding the support to my elbow and shoulder is making tremendous improvement in relieving pressure I didn’t know was there. Now my elbow and shoulder feels relaxed and comfortable. Buying another for my left elbow.

Don't know how I survived without one!
Bought this to try and combat shoulder and back ache from hunching over my desk. So very impressed. Cured my ailments and is so stable. I have no idea how I've worked at my home desk for so long without it. Thoroughly recommended.

NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE
I must admit that it's well mad00e and is really sturdy and doesn't move. But as for comfort, there is very little in the way of padding. It doesn't cushion your arm and after a while fatigue sets in and pain an0d 0discomfort.This isn't help by the fact that the pads is approximately 10mm above the surface of the desk. This in itself induces pain and discomfort in the exact area that most people who would use this are looking for relief from, such as 'Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. With the padding being higher at the point where you want to place less weight on. it actually becomes the centre of the problem and puts on more weight at this point. There is no getting away from this, no matter how you position your arm. Really the length isn't long enough and should be at least another 4 inches longer to accommodate longer arms. With my wrist aligned with the front, the elbow hangs some 4inches over the back.I'm left in more pain and discomfort than before, when not using it. The entire part of the arm that is resting on the pad becomes painful, and hot, whereas before it was just the wrist area. Which ever part of your arm extends the most of the pad, be ir wrist or elbow, is the part that is most painful as it takes the most pressure.I wouldn't recommend this for anyone with a large build. It might suit those with a small build and a light frame. I'm really disappointed in the product. The width is okay, maybe slightly too wide as it tends to get in the way when typing as it is always at th0e side of the keyboard. The clap arms don't go under the keyboard forcing it to remain at the side. Even if you could tuck them under the keyboard, the clamps would stick in your leg.How many people have a desk that would require a clamp capable of clamping unto an 8 inch piece of wood, not many. Yet most desks have about a 12mm thick top and this it struggles to clamp on. The top of the bolt that comes up and is tightened against the underside, really needs to have a larger surface which would enable a tighter fit.The pad should really be level with the desk allowing an even spread of the arm along the surface. Speaking of the surface, even before I begin to sweat, my arm sticks to it which is rather annoying and makes it uncomfortable to move the arm. Wearing a long sleeved shirt helps, but who wants to wear such a shirt in the heat of the summer. A washable surface cover would be of benefit here which would prevent the sticking.I've only been using the arm extension for just over a day and my arm hurts all the time from the wrist to the elbow. Great workmanship, lousy product. I have to keep lifting and repositioning my arm in order to get any relief while using it. I'm going to give it the weekend, just to see if it improves with a little more use. If not I think it's going to go back. It's not cheap, I'd say quite expensive for what it actually is.
