First positives - perfect size for 10-12 oz shake. Holds charge for a long time. Good sturdy bottom so you don’t have to worry about holding it steady when mixer is on.Negative - only negative I have is that the mixer doesn’t mix completely. It still leaves powder unmixed which makes the shake little chunky and not smooth. While I don’t expect this to be as good as a powerful blender, I was hoping for a more smooth shake with better mixed drink.But still like this product and comes in handy when you want a light easy mixer. Lot better than mixing by hand or shaking it with the lid closed.

I love this thing. But am very sad that after the first week, the battery went dead because I used it multiple times throughout the day and I went to charge it over night. Woke up and took it with me only to find out it still wasnt charged. It works like a charm when it's on the charger and I still use it but it was nice to take it places with me.I contacted them customer service, but never a response back.. :(

I bought this for my son at college, and he loves it. He uses it for protein shakes and to mix post-workout powders. It is easy to clean and works so much better than those wire ball shaker cups. Highly recommend it!

It works great for mixing protein shakes that I am drinking. The 1 thing i don’t like about it is the pop up opening. It’s too small and when trying to pound a 16 OZ shake it takes twice as long as it should to get this nasty tasting protein shake down. Bigger opening guys. And this thing would be even better. It’s a little bigger then the size of a dime. Double that size would be awesome.

Doesn’t always mix perfectly. Cleaning it is a bit problematic. But I will say no leakage. Make sure when cleaning to cover the charging port with the attached plug.

The package came quickly and is an excellent product.

Stopped working after a few weeks. Base was stuck to cup and could no longer wash without damaging the charging base

At first I was excited to use it. It worked well but as I kept using it (2-3times a week) it started leaking and a couple of weeks of purchasing. Then the patches that se urs the top broke off as I twisted the cap on. Each latch broke and one ended up in my shake and I almost swallowed it!
