Incredible
As a Homebrew GM myself with plans to create a book, I couldn't have been more impressed and inspired by the work that was done on this book. I have only just skimmed through the book since receiving it today and wow.. Not only is the world created by Chris Metzen and his friends incredible, the game design features of the book are very well thought out. From the new races and subclasses, to some awesome new spells, this book will 100% excite any DnD 5e fan. I look forward to more additions to this wonderful world. Time for me to get back to work on mine though :)

World of Lawbrand based 250 years after an end of world scenario
Updated for 5e, a new world based on a story by Chris Metzen and his team from blizzard entertainment who wrote stories for StarCraft and wow. Old Sularia burned from cultists summoning a world serpent destroying the world forcing all survivors to funnel through mountains to a new area forgotten by time. Love the new races to chose and it simplifies player choices. Several new classes too. Follow allowed classes and your game works. Magic is against the rules of the church of Sularia so players need to be careful where they do magic. Hehe

Solid world building. Warehouse inspection was lackluster.
Solid world building, wonderful art, decent new races and subclasses. However the inspector from the Amazon warehouse (they even put a big sticker on the front proud of the fact they inspected it) must need additional training, because "like new with no visible damage to pages or cover" is not accurate at all. The back cover has a massive dent in the top almost pushing an inch of it down, and the side has been scraped so hard the cover has been torn off. I know it wasn't the delivery that did that damage because ironically it was packaged well. It's less about the damage and more about the inaccurate descriptions and silly sticker than anything else. This is a good product and if you are a fan of games built from 5e that do it a bit different, try this massive tome. Just buy it new cause "like new" is definitely code for "we dropped it a lot".
