EDIT:iCloud reached out with a solution and provided me with excellent customer service. That alone is enough to edit the review on this diffuser. My suggestion for this product is to purchase it to provide a scent to a smaller room <120sqft … I would suggest a bathroom or a room of similar size.I wanted to like this product so bad… but it just does not work that well. It does not permeate the room as it promises. I gave this product 48hrs, but I fear my very small room (<300sqft) doesn’t smell until it sends out a scent… then it leaves the room as fast as it came.

Edit: I wanted to add that I was contacted by customer service right away after this review, they were very nice and offered me a few solutions, I ended up getting the Jcloud HVAC system, while i have not been able to hook it up to my AC unit, I have it working as a regular diffuser in my living room. Well it is pretty strong. It covers my living room, kitchen and master bedroom . I cannot wait to add it to my hvac system so it can cover the whole house.I waited a couple of weeks to make this review. First i wanted to start with that i ordered 2 wall units and 4 bottles of the scent. after a couple days one of the units started to spark while connected to the outlet. removed it right away, black marks from the sparks was left in the outlet. I return it and got a new one fairly quick. One of the bottles from the scent came open and was leaking inside the amazon bag and completely spilled, it was the My way scent, it smelled delicious but I couldnt use it in the unit since it spilled. I had ordered 2 big bottles of the 24K scent, scent smell nice. The problem i have is even when i set the unit to spray for 15 seconds every 60 seconds you can barely smell it when you come in. I set one unit in my livingroom and another one in my kids bedroom. Livingroom is medium size, not big at all and i had always use plug in and always get compliments but with this unit i could barely smell it. Im very disapointed. The unit on my sons room is set at the same settings and the room is 1/3 of my livingroom and you cannot smell it neither. IM very dissapointed. I would like to try other scents but they are pricey and i dont see myself spending that much for something that is not good.

[Update]: Seller discovered I had a broken device. I'll update this as soon as I have a decent working knowledge of the product.[Sneak peek]: Currently, I changed oils to peppermint because it is the perfect oil to test if the device is working. The peppermint diffused from one room, seeped into another room, and then into another room. The first room is not connected to the third room. That's how effectively potent JCloud diffused it. I had copied the settings from the defective machine and thought not too much of a difference would diffuse. I was so wrong! My family members even said they would pass out if they stayed any longer. I even think it changed my taste buds temporarily. This is very good news because it works but it is going to take some time to air out the home and find the right settings.[OUTDATED: Short Answer]: I've yet to smell something from this in my living room. It's been running for 3 hours. I've been testing it with a 20ml lavender essential oil. It's on 20-second spray and 200-wait interval.[OUTDATED: Pros]: The LED light is a low-brightness indicator light. The product seems like it's new and improved when compared to the YouTube videos I found. So the chip is no longer an issue. The bottle is no longer square but rounded. The app reviews are terrible but I had minimal issues using it so long as I knew to just follow the guide provided and remember that the default password is 8888. Customer support for the product is responsive (e.g. not the app). In comparison to the hundreds of other products I've purchased on Amazon that needed support, their willingness to help is definitely top-tier. The scheduler is super punctual. My phone's alarm and this product went off at the same time in the morning. Therefore, the scheduler's reliability feels very well implemented. The bottle for the device works and has minimal waste. From the outside, the bottle seems like it is wasteful, but after inspecting it closer from the inside I see it has an hourglass shape to collect the remainder of the oil around the rim.[OUTDATED: Cons]: I thought the LED light was going to be another lamp, but it was just a dim indicator light. The last 30-40ml ($10-$20 worth) in the bottle might be inaccessible to diffuse. The lock key was not included but the keyhole is present. It is louder than my ductless AC unit. To put it into perspective, it is slightly less noisy than my computer fans on full blast. Do note, however, that the noise is in intervals of the settings (mine is for 20-seconds after every 200-second wait).[OUTDATED: Notes]: I did run into a comment somewhere that it took about a day for this product to work. I will update this review if it does take a whole day to get it running up to speed. The app isn't pretty, but anyone who thinks it has to be is a bit of a Karen. It does what it needs to and I will hardly be on it.
