We use this in place of Beano -- it has the same effect and is much cheaper. We always take it before eating chili and other foods with beans. It works well -- recommended.

Ever since switching to a plant-based diet, it's been nothing short of literal hell for my fiancé and I. I use these fairly regularly, any time I eat something, well, possibly gassy. Works great for me. I used to buy the huge bottle of 300 or 500 count, but honestly I couldn't use them before they expired, so I think this bottle of 150 is perfect for me. No taste. Really small capsules. I'm taking these for excessive gas and my impression is that they aren't helping me much. Before taking this brand, I took a simethicone gas relief product from Amazon and that seemed to work better for me.

These do work like Beano, but cost less. I will buy again.
