I'm hoping this works as well as people say it does because it tastes like you're drinking turpentine or something. My nephew swears by it and my daughter also takes it. It's not bad once you get it down. I've been putting it underneath my tongue then it's not so bad.

Good, I was told by a friend to mix these oils for thicker stronger hair: flax seed oil, castor oil, rosemary oil, almond oil, sesame oil, and black seed oil.

This product is amazing. I take it orally and have noticed a huge difference for my inflammation. I give it to my dog for his skin allergies. Works great!
