I am beyond impressed with how well it works on just about anything you can imagine ruining your shoes. This cleaner took it off without damaging the material, which is amazing!-Coffee & Spills: Spilled my coffee while heading out the door? No problem. I have a pair of Birkenstock clogs and accidentally dropped oil based marinade on them while cooking. I had a hard time finding the Birk cleaner near me or available for quick shipping but I tried this and it worked perfectly!! It took the spot out and they look great!

This was a really good cleaner for my Ugg I just think it was not worth it’s price it has good quality and it restored for uggs back to its regular conditions

Great quality, works well on uggs and definitely cleans the show great. It's ok for waterproofing. I bought something separate for that. Good value for your money would definitely be buying again. The smell is fine as well as the texture.

Works but you have to have a sponge or brush to use with it. A brush worked best for me. Get the cleaner on the whole area or it will streak.

I am so angry. I finally used this for the first time yesterday and it is totally ruined my slipper! I can’t believe it! It’s just colored, the texture of the leather has changed, and it did not do one thing about cleaning it! So much money spent on my UGG slippers, and now they are ruined. What sort of policy does this company have about that?

Haven’t used yet, but daughter has a small stain on her UGG moccasins and I have some suede shoes myself I intend to use this product on. Got the special brushes already to recondition and remove the suede type material.
