My son loves this. Definitely good value for the money. It charges fairly quickly. Very easy to use as well.

Charging cable and its location is different from the previous one i owned. This one use my old galaxy s6 charger. Which is better because I use that charger to charge other items. So one cable less to maintain. Performance is good as expected from the hand drone. Charging is faster compared to the old drone. Overall good replacement of the old one for my son.

This has lasted far longer than the one we bought at the mall. Battery doesn't last long but it does the job for a 3 year old.

My daughter nearly had her scalp pulled, this toy needs an urgent safety warning.The toy is visually appealing and seems harmless at first, but we had a very concerning experience. While my daughter was playing, her hair got caught in the spinning blade. It kept pulling more and more hair in, dangerously close to her scalp. She started screaming in panic, calling out for help. I rushed over to turn it off as quickly as I could. Even then, her hair was so entangled that I had to cut multiple strands to free her.This kind of accident should never happen with a toy marketed for children. The propeller guard is not sufficient to prevent this risk — especially for kids with long or loose hair. I strongly urge other parents to only use this toy with extreme caution and ensure hair is fully tied back.I’m sharing this experience in hopes that the brand will consider redesigning the product or, at the very least, adding clear and visible warnings about this potential danger.

This company makes awesome drones! I first purchased two drones in 2018 ($50 a piece) for my two grandchildren (age 4 and 2). Since they enjoyed playing with them, I purchased four more in 2019 ($35 a piece) for kids of other family members. As of today, three of these six drones (old model) are still working, but would fly less than 10 minutes after each USB charge.I like the new model, very cool design and fly very well for longer time. I bought three of this model so far this year. My grandchildren (now age 9 and 7) still enjoy playing excitedly with these drones.I highly recommend it.

This drone is less user friendly than YouTube reviews indicated.Aftep turning on the drone and releasing it often just drops to the floor.When it doesn’t drop it refrequently flys around the room crashes eventually.

This was a tremendous disappointment. We had bought the flying orb and had great fun. This was a dud! Didn't really fly well and didn't last long either. What a waste of $$ when I could have bought another orb!That was my first review. Then customer service contacted me and they were terrific. Not only did they replace my drone but contacted me and even sent an card from their home office to see if everything was working well. Incredible customer service.OMG. Took the new drone to the beach to see if it would work for my 5 year old grandson. IT WAS AWESOME! The new drone worked so well. It hovered well and because you can direct it without touching it, we played The Force/Mandalorian pretending we were using he force to direct the drone back and forth to each other.Then his great grandmother came to visit and she tried it as well. I know she had already told family members about it.Because of the excellent customer service, I will continue to watch this company for new products because I can trust if there is a problem with a product, they will do everything they can to make things right!
