Patak'sMango Curry Simmer Sauce, 15 Fl Oz

We enjoyed this. Much better than other Korma curry sauces we've tried. Non do as well as a good restaurant, but we have been impressed with Patak's sauces. Will try more!

Flavor: 7/10Value for Money: 7/10Easy to use: 10/10Flavor profile overall is good. I like it spicy so i add a blend of Serrano peppers and Habeneros. This brand used to be cheaper but the price rose. Only buy when craving it at home and I can't go out.

I thought flavor was good. It’s supposed to be mild and sweet. People who do not know the different degrees of spice levels in Indian food are likely going to find it to mild. However, Korma is supposed to be a mild sweet coconut curry. It’s not suppose to set your taste buds on fire. This product does a pretty good job of getting the Korma just right for it coming out of a jar and not a restaurant. If you want something spicier/hotter then go for things labeled as such.... there are different regions in India and general rule of thumb is the further south you get the food gets spicier... Korma not suppose to be flaming hot Spivey. Anyhow we liked it here at our house.

I love this stuff. Tastes just like what you get in the restaurant. I have bought it quite a few times and I love it. Make sure to buy multiple jars.
