Fabulous piece of kit. Great value for money. Robust and actually quite stylish for what it is. Straight-forward to set up and works like a dream. I use mine inside my home but got it knowing that I can shift it outside, either here, or elsewhere if I ever move house, should the need arise. I have a 5G mobile broadband, plug-and-play internet hub and had no problems whatsoever getting connectivity. (Admittedly, I did research online to check that the 5 GHz hub would support 2.4 GHz before getting it.) I am seriously considering buying another one. The phone App caters for up to four of these puppies! (BTW, the best priced 5G mobile hubs are outstanding! No landline, no ethernet cables, no waiting for engineers. Took less than 5 minutes to get up and running from unpacking the box and inserting the SIM card. An online ping test returned a download speed of 242 mbps!)

I bought this to replace a previous camera which broke down. It was easy to set up from the instructions and it is easy to use. I used a micro camera card to save me using a cloud based system. It is a a great piece of kit.

Bought this along with yale smart alarm. The app works well and camera can capture images very well in darkness ( black and white) . The camera detects motion and if set up will follow the movement, though it does move about without purpose at times and if youvwslk past fast,it doesn't keep up. But as a security measure it's OK. The only issue I have is that it needs to be plugged in for power so have to deal with unsightly cable. Otherwise a good purchase

I thought because it was Yale it could be trusted but it cannot. As other reviews state so be sure to read them this camera does not connect to the app the instructions do not make sense and when you try and get hold of Yale customer services for help they're not particularly helpful. They tell you to do everything you've already done and none of it works. They tell you to plug it straight into your Wi-Fi and that doesn't work. The QR code on the bottom of it is far too small to scan on your phone and the numbers are very small to see to input manually. if you have any sight problems (I dont) you will have a problem reading the serial numbers to put them in manually. I did manage to put the serial numbers in correctly and the app was able to locate the camera, it even came up in my Wi-Fi list but then the app will tell you to select the camera from your Wi-Fi list, your phone then connects to the camera which of course doesn't have Wi-Fi in and of itself leaving you in a position where you cannot move forward. At one point I did get a password screen come up (no idea how) but I had not set a password and there is no admin password in the box or in the instructions. It does not come with a manual, you are told to go and download that but when you try to do it the only thing available is a product leaflet overall I'm incredibly unhappy and this was Returned at the earliest possible opportunity. Buy Ring instead!

We had electricians in doing other jobs and asked them to do it while they were there thinking it would be difficult. It was so simple, he was shocked how easy it was to install and set up. He went home to order one himself. Great images, inc night view, easy app to use, great little camera. we love it

Para colocar esta cámara primero hay que pensar detenidamente en cual va a ser el mejor sitio. En casa la hemos puesto en el balcón, en un lugar con visibilidad óptima (teniendo en cuenta que el ángulo de apertura de la cámara es de 84 grados) y donde la señal de WiFi llega con la máxima intensidad. De todos modos, el objetivo está robotizado y se puede controlar desde la App por si en un momento dado nos interesa cambiar un poco el lugar hacia donde enfoca la cámara.Además el sitio escogido debe tener un enchufe no muy lejos para poder enchufar la cámara. En la caja viene un cable que tiene 6 m de longitud (según donde se quiera poner la cámara, no es mucho).Después hay que instalar una tarjeta micro SD para guardar la grabación de la cámara. La cámara es compatible con micro SD de hasta 32 GB que va en un espacio en la parte inferior de la cámara cuya tapa tiene dos tornillos para que ésta esté más segura.Una vez hemos puesto la tarjeta de memoria y hemos enchufado la cámara a la corriente, descargamos la App de Yale smart Living, la instalamos en nuestro dispositivo (móvil o tablet), escaneamos el código QR que hay en la base de la cámara, una vez seleccionada nuestra cámara, configuramos la conexión WiFi, comprobamos que en el sitio en que vamos a poner la cámara hay realmente buena cobertura, y la colocamos allí. En la caja vienen los tres tacos con los respectivos tornillos para que podamos instalarla de inmediato.Las imágenes que transmite la cámara son nítidas tanto de día como de noche. De noche el alcance teórico son 30 m, pero yo diría que en realidad son unos 15-20 m (suficiente en nuestro caso). Detecta si hay movimiento y nos manda una alerta al móvil tanto si es una persona como si es un animal o incluso las ramas de los árboles si hace mucho viento. Y puedes ver en el móvil en tiempo real las imágenes que graba la cámara e incluso guardar videoclips o fotos de lo que se está grabando.Una ventaja de la App es que puedes añadir hasta cuatro cámaras si ves que es necesario para una mejor protección de tu casa. PEROSólo podemos conectar la cámara a la WiFi en la banda de 2.4 GHz

De nombreuses caméras existent depuis pas mal d'années mais toutes ont un petit défaut, la qualité vidéo est souvent médiocre.Celle ci a l'avantage d'avoir une image fine en 1080p et il faut dire que ça fait le Job.La connexion Wi-Fi est vraiment bonne et la caméra est étanche.L'application n'est pas cheap et est bien traduite.Vraiment un bon produit.

Nicht immer möchte man die Tür öffnen, schon gar nicht, wenn es dunkel und man allein zu Hause ist. Mit dem Türspion sieht man jetzt, wer klingelt und kann entscheiden, ob man die Person hereinbittet oder nicht. Die Bildqualität ist in Ordnung. Für den kleinen Preis finde ich den Türspion super!

Caméra installée pour surveiller une cour avec des véhicules en stationnement. Bonne résolution que cela soit de jour comme de nuit. M'en servant en wifi, je trouve le cordon/prise RJ45 inutile et il aurait été bon d'avoir carrément un logement sur le socle ou corps de la caméra qui donnerait l'option de brancher la cam via ethernet ou wifi.. là la connection ethernet par une prise RJ45 sur câble fait que l'on est obligés de percer un trou dans le mur de 2cms de diamètre. Seule la prise d'alimentation avec 8mm aurait largement suffit.facile a installer et paramétrer, enregistre 1 minute de vidéo a chaque événement. par contre très sensible, donc je recherche actuellement le bon réglage de sensibilité afin de ne pas avoir des notifications toutes les 2 minutes ! Appli simple d'utilisation et de paramétrage.
