Inner Eye Oracle: A 52-Card Playing Deck for the Modern Age

Do NOT expect a normal playing card sized deck. It's not; it's just slightly oversized from "normal" playing cards. That said, this is a wonderful blend of playing cards, oracle cards, and Lenormand cards. Straightforward, no book necessary (though the book is extremely well written with a lot of solid information packed inside), this deck delivers its messages cleanly and clearly. The cards feel wonderful in my hand, and I've been using them fairly steadily since I received them about a month ago.

I normally do not write reviews. I returned the cards because they were not the standard linen playing card size. These are large like an oracle deck. The font could have been placed more artistically. It's large and does not look good. The book is very informative. That got 4 stars. If a second addition comes out I would buy it with smaller cards.

I've even tried the more traditional Lenormand and Kipper, studying with some of the great teachers, but I never seem to pull out one of these decks when I have a question. I’ve also always longed to be able to read a regular playing card deck. 👁️Now I see my oracle time has come.👁️Some of my favorite aspects:♦️Steven Bright's Inner Eye Oracle is aesthetically simple yet pleasing with its vintage Victorian black and white art style (with red noir accents).❤️Includes a clear system for timing events.♣️Pips are in alphabetical order by key word (not numerical) in the extensive 155- page guide book. ♠️Read in 2-3 card "sentences.”♦️Court cards are archetypes.❤️Gender neutral interpretations. ♣️Cards are a matte finish with lush red (but not flakey gilded) edging, comfortable to shuffle in my smallish hands. ♠️Incredibly detailed guidebook is well-written, clearly explains all aspects of this practical system, and contains everything needed to read the cards right out of the box no matter your experience level.I’m including a photo of this morning’s reading for reference—and may I just say, it was absolutely accurate to my question and situation, its interpretation clearly explained in the guidebook.Don’t hesitate to buy this deck—you won’t regret it!
