They make shoes more comfortable to wear when your on your feet all day, especially as I have planter fasciitis. The proper insoles are far better but twice the price, so these are a good alternative for less demanding days.

I bought these to replace the hard removable insoles in my shoes. I am retired but like to keep fit by walking. They have made so much difference to how far I can walk. I no longer feel I have aching feet and legs during a walk nor do I feel I have to sit and rest when I when I get home. I would recommend.

I am on my feet from upwards of 13 hours a day so my feet get very achy and sore. These insoles have helped to reduce that, my feet still hurt but not as bad as they used to since wearing these insoles.The only issue is that the sizes are assigned to letters and they are in half sizes eg, 4.5, 5.5. I am a size 5 so I cut the letter assigned to size 5.5 and they ended up being too short for my shoe, so that confused me a bit.Overall though, I would buy again as they have helped reduce the aches and pains on my feet.

Great insoles. However I didn't read that they were female ones and not male.

I bought boots in Deichmann shoes. Never again. I swear. First day I felt like my feet are hurting but I thought it's new shoes, leather, it will be be ok, just need to wear them for bit... Second day was worst. Third day I went home limping. It was soils. Seriously hurting my feet, especially heels, that soft spot in the middle of foot where hill starts. I bought ordinary soils from clarks. Good. Cheep. But after 2-3 weeks it started to crumbling and when I removed my boots it left white bits on my socks. So I bought new pair of soils. Same again. This was my last resort before throwing boots to bin or set them on fire. I was wearing them all day long for weeks and nothing. My feet stopped hurting. My heels healed. Very comfy. Bit pricey. Not going to lie. But it was definitely worth it.

I work. And my feet get very very very sore. However now, my feet are never sore!I love these insoles, they're perfect.I will say they're quite tough, so definitely better for long term wear, rather than occasional.These really have changed my life, had them for a few months now and use them everyday, I'm so grateful they exist 😿
