Very effective as it tastes disgusting.
I bought a bottle of this liquid after biting my nails for 60 years and making them sore.It worked perfectly as it tastes disgusting.However, not long after the bottle was finished I succumbed to biting again.Therefore I decided to purchase this 6 pack in the hope that 45ml will give me more will power than 7.5ml.All I really need to do now is discover how to deal with day to day life with a razor sharp nail on the end of each finger.
