Red

I love this thing and uses if often. It was recommended by my physical therapist as the one they use, and the price was very good. The therapist says the light levels this provides are in the proper therapeutic range. It covers a large area at once, making it practical to wrap around a hip front and back. It has a large removeable velcro strap to keep it in place, (which I have not used) and a pocket to hold a portable charger to power it if you want to wear it while you walk around. It comes with two cords, a wall plug and a usb plug with could be used a portable charger. It has a removeable plastic sheet that fits over the lights to keep it clean. I have been using it on several different things to see if it works, butI am unable to say yet if it helps. My physical therapist says it increases blood circulation to the area. I understand that to see results on one of the things I am trying it for may take 6 months, so I am still hopeful. This is a chance to try a red light therapy device at home for a reasonable price. I would not expect too much if you are hoping for dramatic relief from this device. If it works it is very subtle.

This is a genius, quality product. Helps with back pain, endometriosis. Still trying to see if I shrunk some inches, but had to start wearing a belt on my pants that were sliding off! Cool👍 Great in the winter to warm you up. I could go on and on!

I've had some issues with bursitis in the hip muscles, and I'm recovering from foot surgery several months ago. This small red light band does seem to be helping with temporary pain relief more effectively than a normal heating pad. I can't be certain if it helps with faster healing as some red light therapy claims. The effectiveness is limited to how deep the red light can penetrate, so while it works for injuries close to the surface, it's not going to help deeper pain, such as inside the hip joint.

Easy to use and flexible. It takes awhile to feel results or see results. It has helped with the swelling on my feet and hands. It stores easily for travel

I purchased this product a year ago and loved it. However, I gave that particular belt to my sister and ordered myself a new one a few weeks ago. What arrived was not the same belt that I had before and not what is pictured on site and the box. I returned it and got a replacement hoping it was just a mistake. But the replacement arrived today, and it is also not like the one that I originally purchased, or the one that is pictured.I liked the original one because it was a belt that you actually placed the red light pad in so it protected the red light pad and it was easy to strap on your waist .it also had a pouch to hold the battery pack (see photo on box in pic)What has been sent the past 2 times is a stand alone flimsy red light pad and a black piece of elastic with velcro to strap to the pad and wrap around your waist. .Also, i had purchased a cheaper one before - that is exactly like what they have sent these past 2 times- and it only lasted a month before half the lights went out.I’ll be returning this as well but beware! What you are buying is NOT what is pictured!

The belt works as expected. However, my cord ended up breaking. When I contacted the seller they immediately offered to send me a replacement cord. Belt is back up and running great.

I have shoulder and knee pain and after the 2nd use I noticed that my pain was a lot less noticeable and after a week or two was mostly gone both in my shoulder and knee I would recommend this to everyone

I bought it last year April 28, 2023 and it doesn’t work anymore it’s hasn’t been a year
